La chambre est grande et confortable, le grand mur rideau en verre offre une large vue et la mer est dégagée.

Except hotel location is 5 star. All others are ranging from 3 to 4 star. Room is big but the TV is small. The toilet bowl need to fill water then can flash for a few occasions. Hair dryer button spoilt, need to contact service staff to change instead. Not a very good experience for our visit. Hopes they can improve further.

I always chose Muong Thanh Hotel for my trip. Spacey room and very nice view from the room. The food was good and the staff very helpful and friendly.

Got the ocean view and it was spectacular. Staffs were all friendly although their not very fluent in English as per the rest of the people here in Đà Nẵng.
Room is huge and spacious. Toilet is clean.
No iron board so take note if you wanna bring clothes that are crumpled easily.
Breakfast buffet is ok-ok. Only nice dish is the egg station and coffee.
Only bad and unpleasant experience here is that… My personal card went missing after a housekeeper tidied our room for the first time as we forgot to put on the “Do Not Disturb” mode. We were only given 1 access card, which is needed to slot into the room for everything to work. Thus I slotted in one of my personal card to replace it since there were two of us.
Came back the night and my card was missing. Had some difficulties communicating with the staffs. Said they’d check the CCTV + check with the housekeeper, they just said nothing.
Nothing was done at all other than the “customer service” line called the following day to clarify what happened.
Till the day I checked out. Much disappointment. So just be careful.

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm hospitality of the staff and the stunning view of the ocean from my room. Throughout my stay, I found the service to be exceptional, with every member of the team going above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable and had everything I needed.
While I was aware that Muong Thanh Luxury Da Nang Hotel has been around for some time, I found that the age of the hotel only added to its charm and character. The attention to detail in the design and decor was impressive, and I felt a sense of history and tradition that is often missing from newer hotels.
