We stayed for a day at the Vivanta mangalore. We were well greeted and well taken care of and the rooms were really good. the breakfast excellent with quite a huge spread. Pleasant and supportive staff made the stay even more lovely. The location is also ideal

We stayed for two nights and liked the generous room with the two separate beds. We found the room clean, pleasant and quiet, equipped with modern electronic controls, which makes the handling not necessarily easier. So at night for no reason at all the panel for the air condition was lighting up every once in a while. We did not find a way to stop that. The air condition itself worked well and temperature was easy to regulate. Both beds carried 2 identical, big pillows, too big for our comfort. Instead, we would have liked two pillows of different size in order to have a choice on which one to sleep best. But the Hotel had only one size of pillow. The breakfast on the fifth floor was abundant and of good quality. So we were to more than 80% happy with our Hotel.

L'emplacement et le service de restauration en chambre de Goldfinch sont très bons. Cependant, je n'avais pas l'impression d'en avoir pour l'argent que j'ai payé. Il n'y avait pas de WiFi gratuit et le coût du WiFi payant était assez ridicule. Les équipements comme l'eau potable et même le papier toilette n'étaient pas réapprovisionnés et devaient être demandés. Je ne reviendrais pas ici, d'autant plus que je peux obtenir ces équipements de base sans demander dans des hôtels moins chers à proximité.

The buffet breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of options. During our stay, my son experienced travel sickness, and the staff went above and beyond to take care of us. Our stay at Ginger Mangalore was superb. We enjoyed the room, ambience, staff here are so nice, well behaved and friendly. Akshata was dealing our check out process and it was effortless. We were dealing with Chandra, the manager here and he is a gentleman. We were celebrating my birthday here and he had arranged a delicious cake. We really appreciate for the extra effort Ginger put for its customers. Overall our stay here was memorable.

Excellent property away from all the noise. It offers the best to family to friends who are on a weekend getaway. Nice resorts amidst the greenery of your choice. Neat wooden deluxe amenities, a nice fit to your pocket. Young and Children-friendly, you can find all that play and fun. Good food and service, with professional staff. Except this property is a bit far from the beaches of Mangalore.

The stay was absolutely gorgeous. It has a great view of the devarmane peak and has a pond within the property providing kayaking and boating experiences. You can simply relax within the property taking small walks around or the stream that's close by. To top it off, the food provided here is absolutely delicious and homely. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting chikmagalur.

We had an excellent stay for a week at this hotel. The entire team including the manager Mr.Cletus, Vijay, Akshata, Sudeksha, Rajesh & the housekeeping staff were polite, kind , helpful, and prompt in their services throughout the day. The hotel was well maintained and clean. The breakfast was good, with different items served daily. The hotel is centrally located with good restaurants and supermarkets close by. Zomato & Swiggy also deliver to the hotel. We would definitely recommend this hotel and we would stay here again as well during our next visit.

Aurum the most imp is 24 hrs food... We connected via Shruti and she had ensured every bit of our travel is good, not just stay. Calls, messeges, temple info, time, room booking, add on services....she had it all done with perfection and efforts beyond her host duties. Shruti was a great pleasure to be hosted by when we reached , her teammates were exceptionally helpful. Aurum is a heavenly placed equally divine as the Kukkeshri temple is. The ambience is spiritual with nature infused beaty and 4 star hotel seevices. riverside room is unbelievable. We can stand by riverside hillock. The best is the people. All the staff members have ”no artificial ” but homely way to make your stay a great temple visit. They go extra mile. We had a special request that they could refuse but they rather helped like their own responsibility. Two staff were all kind n gentle for this. Room service is world classs. Food order at 2 am was served with smile n super taste. Rate and charging are reasonable. Never feel like leaving. Resto by river is unbelievable People , team make it so natural and sweet. Kudos to the entire restaurant staff, with a special mention for Ganesh, whose culinary insights enriched our menu selections, and Suresh, whose attentive service at breakfast was welcome. While the gym and swimming pool were compact, they proved functional and, more often than not, were a private sanctuary for our use. The potential future de***d for these facilities notwithstanding, our experience was one of undisturbed enjoyment. The reception staff, although not all adorned with name badges, stood out for their exceptional assistance. Their guidance in locating our boarding passes and travel documents for our onward journey was invaluable. We were particularly grateful for their considerate offer to extend our checkout time, seamlessly aligning with our travel arrangements—small gestures that made a significant difference. Having little prior knowledge of ***galore, we were pleasantly surprised by the city and its welcoming residents. Exploring the beach and other recommended sites, discovered through various YouTube videos, unveiled ***galore's potential as a future tourist attraction, perhaps even rivalling Goa in the future. However, we hope that the city ***ages to preserve its charm without succumbing to the challenges often associated with increased tourism. Superb hotel with spacious rooms- clean, comfortable warming welcome by the great staff in duty. Probably one of the best hotels I have stayed in mangalore after I left to UK 18 years ago without the heed of hotel. Adyaar plaza is one of the greatest choice Nice restaurants and public transportation to get to the heart of the city which is vibrant. Breakfast at Annapurna was excellent and room door service by Raju was great. Raju is extremely hardworking and well attendee Reception staffs are great and knowledgeable that takes you through the checkout procedure waiver as before. I have been given all the information during my stay to visit all places around mangalore. Cleaners were attentive and details are magnificent. Water running all time and hit when needed, the hot water works excellently There was no problems in getting any help. The internet is fast and accessible in all the rooms. The room sizes are magnificent and large with larger beds. The water bottle is eco friendly, clean and tasty and it was a great compliment unlike any other hotels. Everything is available at the rooms and TV is fantastic that displays all channel. The location is memorable and marvellous and windows are great in rooms. Bathrooms are location The checkout procedure are great Lifts are spacious and safer to use. I can definitely recommend the rooms to all my friends from England. pros: everything was good about the room and staff were very polite and humble, breakfast also was fine location also was good as it was in the prime location of city price of the room was also reasonable cons :
we actually early checked in and it costed 1050. I mean it's half of the price of the stay just for 3 hours early hours. There was no kettle or anything for making your own warm water ( you can still ask the front desk for hot water )
the ac didn't work properly
it could be better if focused on room's amenities

The staff is smiley and polite always ready to give you information. You can easily get cabs or rickshaw for your visits. A few good veg restaurant not far from the hotel. The price is very correct.

IInvitéLa location était parfaite. L'hôtel est très confortablement situé près de la gare de la ville. Nous avons obtenu le petit déjeuner à l'hôtel et il était absolument délicieux mais la quantité était malheureusement limitée. La chambre était très spacieuse et confortable et l'unité de connexion fonctionnait sans faille pour garder la chambre belle et froide. Les quelques pistes n'ont pas de rails à main et l'entrée entière était glissante en raison de la pluie. C'est un grand danger pour la sécurité. Le quartier de l'hôtel a beaucoup de constructions actives qui font qu'il est très bruyant au cours de la journée. La télévision n'était pas fonctionnelle et, alors que nous avons demandé l'assistance, il a fallu beaucoup de temps pour que le personnel puisse venir voir. La chambre elle-même était libre de l'odeur de tabac, mais ça m'a laissé souffrir d'une douleur de tête sévère, ce qui a contribué à une expérience moyenne.

Booked 5 N package from 22nd Oct for family trip. 3N is suite room and 2N in presidential suite. For family of 4 like ours Suite room shld be apt. Moti mahal property is a bit old and hence slight room and plumbing issues due to which I cld not give 5 star. Negatives end here and the positive list continues 1) Accessible to all places near hampankatta. 2) Excellent reception staff, wld like to mention Roy and Anshul who were always ready to help,guide and resolve any issue highlighted,made our stay special. 3) Housekeeping team is full of simple staff, doing their job sincerely 4) They have veg,non veg and Thai restaurant if you want to dine in the hotel lots of delicious options to choose from. 5) Breakfast buffet is a decent spread, every day the spread changes and all dishes are delicious 6) All in all excellent place to stay when in namma Mangaluru, Left with fond memories, will definitely visit again.

Nous avons check-in tard la nuit, première chose qu'ils n'ont pas de parking, nous devons garder la voiture sur la route principale du marché qui est habituellement crampée avec le trafic le matin, donc je regardais constamment ma voiture à travers la fenêtre pour vérifier si quelqu'un a denté. Deuxièmement, dans les images, il y a un petit déjeuner ouvert occupé et un café fantastique qui m'a donné des sentiments comme des salons, mais en réalité, rien comme ça, même le café est fermé. Le goût est inférieur à la moyenne, et c'est si coûteux. La qualité n'est pas la peine. Et troisièmement, les lobbys et les zones communes ne sont pas bien entretenus. Il est complètement fermé espace plat comme la construction. Le moment où nous sommes sortis de la chambre, il sent une cigarette lourde dehors même dans l'ascenseur. Ma femme se sentait si inconfortable avec cela. Dans l'ensemble, il est un hôtel très moyen avec une qualité basse et certainement trop cher.
