Le service était très bon. Quand je suis allé dans la chambre pour la première fois, quelqu'un m'y a emmené et m'a confirmé à plusieurs reprises si la chambre était correcte. Ils m'ont également réservé une chambre ensoleillée gratuitement, ce qui a été une agréable surprise ! Les boissons et le café dans le hall sont gratuits. L'hôtel vient d'ouvrir l'année dernière et les installations et la décoration sont très récentes. L'hôtel est très économique et bénéficie d'un bon emplacement. Prendre un taxi n’est pas cher pour aller n’importe où. Dans l’ensemble, ce fut un séjour très satisfaisant. Nous reviendrons certainement ici la prochaine fois que nous viendrons à Dalian.

1. The hotel is located right smack in the middle of action. There was a street food next door, with McD, Pizza Hut and KFC all within 05 mins of walking. There was a mall with a Walmart hypermarket at the underground level nearby. It is convenient for those who stayed more than a few nights and needed to provision for work in Dalian.
2. There is a university nearby, plus a hill overlooking the Dalian city which you can conveniently walk/jog up to in the morning/evening.
3, The room is sufficiently well spaced, the bed and pillows are comfy, the lights are decently illuminant, the shower water pressure strong and the temperature hot when you need it ; the room is well decorated, there is enough work space on the table, there is a fridge ; the basin, the toilet bowl, and the shower room are independent of each other. In other words, a well thought out room layout. The lighting control is well calibrated, the central air conditioning is quiet, there is a special pop-out plug points on the table for laptops and phone charging.
4. The breakfast is good, a bit of every kind, mainly Chinese dish but some Western oriented salad style vege/fruits for those who need it. Milk is available (not something to be taken for granted in China as milk is not commonly available)
5. There is a free laundry room for use, the detergent and softener are provided free-of-charge ; iron and iron board is available as well.
6. The hotel service is tightly run by its Manager who ensure the staff are always tending as soon as possible to the customers. A special thanks to reception staff 孙晓辉 for patiently helping out with China-specific app for about 30 mins.

Initially, I was a little troubled when I couldn’t find the front desk on the main floor, but a few minutes later, a friendly and helpful staff member assisted me. She escorted me to my room, explained all the services, and allowed me to enjoy the spacious, comfortable room with its unmatched view.
The next day, after running the Dalian Marathon, I was completely exhausted. To my surprise, the same kind lady arranged for me to extend my stay by two hours and even personally helped me get a taxi. I’m truly grateful for her exceptional hospitality—thank you so much!, 悦禾

DDianaMost of the staff do not speak English at all! Only the guys at the reception speak good English and all questions had to be resolved with them, including the restaurant menu - no one in the restaurant, even with my use of a Chinese online translator, could help me with questions about the menu and when I asked the person at the reception to help me understand the menu, it turned out that the kitchen could not cook either the first course from the menu or the second. With dietary restrictions and allergies, you can die of hunger here.
I consider it unacceptable to have non-English-speaking staff in a franchise of an English establishment.
The cook at breakfast talks on the phone right at the place where food is prepared during breakfast. I wanted to ask him a question about the dishes on the first day - he was texting on the phone, on the second day he was directly talking on the phone.
The dishes at breakfast are either not named at all or are named only in Chinese.
There was no seller in the store at the hotel no matter how many times I went in to buy a T-shirt. In the end, I tried on what I was interested in at the store, chose it and went to the reception to pay for it. The next day, a salesperson appeared in the store and told me that the T-shirt I bought the day before had a 20% discount for a month, but when I paid for it, I paid it full price and thus I was deceived by 20% of the cost of the T-shirt and did not give any receipt.
The pool is very small and not deep for such a huge hotel. If there is someone else in the pool besides your partner, there is not enough space.
The sea near the hotel is dirty. Nothing is suitable for swimming - there are no sun loungers, there is no space on the beach specifically for the guests of the hotel. The beach is across the road from the hotel.
There was only one coffee machine at breakfast and it didn't work both days. You could ask a restaurant worker for coffee.
The hotel by the way has a cool energetic staff and that's nice. The room cleaning is high-quality.
There are renovations going on at the hotel and guests can't use all the hotel areas.

DDeor21J'ai lu des critiques selon lesquelles il existe un service de prise en charge et de dépose gratuit à l'aéroport. J'étais sur un vol de correspondance et j'ai atterri à 23 heures. J'ai appelé pour faire une réservation et c'était en fait après la prise en charge et le retour. Cependant, ma sœur était très fiable et a quand même fait la réservation pour moi.
J'ai été surpris quand on est venu me chercher à l'aéroport. La petite voiture d'affaires était propre, bien rangée et à l'heure. Le chauffeur m'a également aidé avec les bagages.
Il était tard quand nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel. Nous avons eu un surclassement gratuit. La chambre était propre et bien rangée. Le petit déjeuner était assez copieux. Le prix de 100 RMB+ était un excellent rapport qualité/prix. Le service était si bon qu'il a doublé mon prix. impression de Dalian.
Je tiens à féliciter ma sœur de nuit à la réception pour sa patience, son attention et sa fiabilité. Merci de m'avoir aidé à préparer des nouilles piquantes et aigres à trois heures du matin. Je vous souhaite que tout aille de mieux en mieux.

YYUJEONGL'hôtel était un peu difficile à trouver, mais la vue ici était vraiment agréable et le personnel était sympathique. L'état de la chambre était correct, mais comme elle était située à un étage élevé, l'eau ne sortait pas froide. Tout le reste était vraiment bien, en particulier la vue sur la ville + la vue sur la mer était encore meilleure.

L'hôtel est situé à 3 km de l'excellent endroit du Dalian, à quelques pas des attractions les plus importantes de la place Xinghai, de la ville de Venise et du château Dalian 🏰. Super convenable que vous soyez à la vue ou à la promenade.
😴 Meilleur sommeil que j'ai eu en âge
Je n'ai pas eu de sommeil si bien, j'ai eu presque 10 heures de sommeil ininterrompu, la chambre était calme, parfaitement froide, et les curtains de démantèlement ont fait la chambre complètement sombre, que j'aimais.
De plus, ils offrent un menu à la carte et même un service tardif de nuit, qui est super pratique si vous êtes en retard ou si vous avez faim.
🧖♂️ Recommander fortement le sauna + massage combo
L'un des points de vue de mon séjour : frappe la sauna pendant environ 20 minutes, puis la suivie avec un massage relaxant juste là-bas dans l'hôtel.
🏊♂️ As for the pool, I tried to go around three times... but it seems that the hotel rent it to swimming classes for children?? So it was always full of children which it's fine but consider it if as myself this amenity was crucial for me to book the hotel
🍳 Petit déjeuner pourrait être meilleur
C'est là que les choses sont tombées un peu courte. La zone de petit déjeuner est... un genre de cassette? Il est dans un hall au deuxième étage, et le stockage a semblé temporaire. Pas beaucoup de variété, et il n'y a pas de petites tables, juste de grandes tables partagées pour environ 10 personnes. Un petit petit déjeuner tranquille. (Je vais inclure une photo)

Si vous commandez la livraison de nourriture, vous devrez aller en bas pour la prendre vous-même ils ne la ramenent pas à votre chambre.

A côté de ces couples de choses et de la piscine, ma expérience était honnêtement fantastique. Grand emplacement, super reposable sommeil. Je resterais encore ici si je suis de retour à Dalian! 👍

UUtilisateur anonymeUnfortunately had a frustrating stay with everything absolutely disorganised and poorly managed. Check-in took over 40 minutes, and even though I arrived well after the official 2 pm check-in time, I was told my room still wasn’t ready because it was being cleaned (the same went for most people in the queue). The lobby and public areas were constantly noisy and chaotic, with kids running around unchecked which felt more like a theme park than a hotel. Breakfast the next morning wasn’t much better as I had to wait over 20 minutes just to be seated, and by that time the atmosphere had already killed my appetite.
The one real positive is the hotel’s location that gives you easy access to the metro station and most of the city’s main attractions. The property itself feels a little dated (90s luxury as you can imagine), but it’s reasonably well kept. Unfortunately the staff all seemed overwhelmed and disconnected from the front desk to housekeeping. There seemed to have no real warmth or sense of hospitality. Overall this will probably be my first and last stay at an IHG hotel.

MM…C…ML'hôtel est magnifique et agréable. L'intérieur de la chambre était très nouveau et si beau. Toilette avec baignoire et douche séparée et dispose de tous les toilettes. Le personnel de l'hôtel était très bon et utile. À la table de front no.8 fille de front desk nous donne tout le soutien pendant notre séjour. L'hôtel est situé au centre-ville avec toutes les boutiques et attractions avec en 10 minutes de voiture. Nous aimons rester ici encore. Il était si confortable et agréable séjour

LLeeSuil호텔 서비스를 그닥 이용하지 않아 서비스는 잘 모르겠습니다.
하지만 위치와 가격이 모든 걸 상쇄하네요.
아... 단점으로 복도에서 담배 냄새가 좀 납니다.
청소문제가 아니라 실내에서 흡연하는 게 밖으로 나오는 것 같네요.
금연객실 요청해서 배정받았는데 실내는 괜찮았습니다.

UUtilisateur anonymeL'hôtel est très bien situé, à quelques pas de la station Dalian, essentiellement sur la place Zhongshan. De nombreux magasins et restaurants à proximité. La chambre était bonne, il y a même une lave-linge (mais n'a pas utilisé). Le personnel était gentil et utile. Mais ce n'est pas comme ça, donc je ne me préoccuperais pas trop.
