大連星海廣場海景城際酒店服務體驗非常非常好，前台小哥哥小姐姐很熱心，因為開始供暖室內温度比較熱，雖然沒辦法室內空調降温，但是前台小姐姐特別貼心給我們提供風扇還有擔心天氣乾燥喉嚨不舒服還主動給我們添了加濕器，我們住的最後一天晚上還送來水果真的太貼心了，離開前還特地預約時間給我們送伴手禮真是意外之喜！！！！在這裏特別感謝前台小宋和範範，服務特別周到貼心:））） 下次來大連還會住這家酒店的！而且酒店離各個景點都很近，江景很不錯👍！！！強推！！！

大連的星海城際酒店！簡直絕絕子，酒店的露台能直接看到跨海大橋的夜景，超美的！酒店的地理位置十分優越，步行5分鐘就能到星海廣場，逛吃拍照都特別方便。看海散步愜意極了。酒店的交通很便利。 酒店的服務也非常貼心，前台小姐姐會主動推薦本地人愛吃的海鮮炒菜。房間每天都會打掃。房間設施更是超出預期，床品是超舒服衞生間乾濕分離，早餐也很棒，有德式鹼水麪包、還有大連特色燜子、海菜包子等，咖啡機現磨的美式也很贊。總之，這家酒店真是大連旅遊住宿的天花板級別，服務細節堪比五星級，簡直不要太值了！

大連星海廣場海景城際酒店我住了兩天！這次讓我滿意的並不是180度海景大床房，而是特們的經理 —明書魁經理 如果出差、旅遊完全可以找明經理，服務很周到，考慮超前，熱情、真誠！他的服務水準堪比四季酒店的經理！你可以放心的讓明經理幫你安排一切你的行程。超棒！！！

My stay at IntercityHotel Dalian was delightful! 🏨 The hotel is spotlessly clean, with a comfortable room and a cozy bed that made for a great night’s sleep. 😴 The free mini bar was a fantastic perk, and the egg tarts as a welcoming gift were such a sweet touch! 🥮 The interior design is super trendy, giving the hotel a modern and stylish vibe. ✨ The gym was a bit small with limited equipment variety, but it got the job done. 🏋️♂️ The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a great spread, and the staff there were incredibly nice and welcoming, making every morning special. 😊 Everyone at the lobby greeted me with warm smiles, adding to the inviting atmosphere. It is a nice hotel, quality, however I went during the winter. For some reason these hotels blast the heating during this time to an uncomfortable level. Although it says AC in rooms, the AC is not capable of cooling the rooms, only heating up (even though you can switch it to cool mode). I left the AC on when I went out and it heated the room to 26 degrees. Then I was told to move rooms, without mentioning that none of the rooms can cool down. The only option was to leave the window open during lantern festival fireworks. Why not heat the hotel to a comfortable level maybe 21 degrees, then allow guests to further heat if they need in the rooms? Without the AC on my room was 23 degrees overnight, if you’re okay with that temperature go for it! NOTE: I did check into another hotel Atour for the remainder of the days, and although it does have slight AC cooling, this isn’t enough to cool the room sufficiently. This seems to be a problem common to this northern area.
