Évaluations de Smart Bear Hotel (Dalian Railway Station Zhongshan Square Subway Station Branch)

I liked this hotel , had all the basic amenities and services. The hotel is located only 5 mins away from Zhongshan square , the nearest metro station is line 2 exit D1 about 3 mins walk. Very Peaceful and friendly staff. Hotel has a mini bar and a mini mart on its ground floor. Friendship center is about 8 mins walk from the hotel. Overall affordable for students and solo travelers.

The hotel accepts foreigners. Great location, a walking distance from Dalian Station, essentially on Zhongshan Square. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The room was good, there's even a washing machine (didn't use it though). The staff was kind and helpful. Perhaps the only problem was that the room card didn't work, so I had to get a password, which also expired daily at midnight, and I had to contact the reception to get a new one. But that's not how it's supposed to be, so I wouldn't worry about it too much. Overall, a great option.

Even though I am a foreigner who doesn’t speak English, the staff was very patient in using an app translator tool so that we both can understand. Unfortunately, the sound proofing in the room wasn’t pretty good BUT GOOD THING that my neighbor wasn’t noisy.

The hotel is in a very convenient location and is a great landing point. Zhongshan square is a very nice area with a lot of activities and easy subway and connecting bus stations. The room itself, however, had very dirty walls (you can see if you zoom in) and had a terrible smell. The sheets on the bed were very clean. The bathroom was in dire need of being remodeled. The staff were very friendly and nice and gave me great advice for things to do. I appreciated their help.

The hotel has nice layout. Just a mentalities could be improved and lighting can be improved and other accessories can be done better

Last night stay in Dalian and decided on this hotel as price ratio is good with big room space, a fridge and near to MRT Zhongshan metro station. Access via D1 through escalator and D via lift. Connects to airport directly fare Rmb 3-4. Only item is that no online TV.

The staff members are polite, however prior to your one-hour check-out, they will call you constantly. Although I could detect dust in the room, it was still rather clean, and I adore the washing machine. In addition, the refrigerator was broken, which truly saddened me. My stay was merely average. They should try to improve housekeeping.

Excellent location. Nearby a subway station and walking distance to Dalian train station . A number of local restaurants and convenience shops around the vicinity. Room a little small but ok for single traveller

The hostel is well located, and could be an ok cheap option if the rooms are better priced than what we paid during the May Day weekend. The walls and curtains are stained, and there’s a strong smoke odor coming from the hallways and the bathroom ventilation.

So much good and clean

Not the cleanest hotel but comfortable for a short stay. They were very nice and moved to a cleaner and higher priced room for free so it worked out.
