設施:還不錯挺新的,但是有點抽象的是他作為套房酒店,沒有灶,衹有微波爐,衹能用微波爐做飯。。 衞生:衞生還可以挺乾淨 環境:環境不錯,但是周圍有工地,早上有點吵 服務:這家早飯比歡朋好,這點我很喜歡

房間很大,也很舒適,前台工作人員熱情親切,賓至如歸。所以轉了幾家酒店,又一次選擇了這一家,以後還會再來。

Rooms were comfortable and quiet (for the most part). Breakfast was busy and a bit frustrating to navigate (little counter space to pour milk on cereal) fifteen minutes after opening time. To be fair, I was at the hotel the night before the Texas - Oklahoma football game and the hotel was full. The hotel could perhaps use a fresh coat of paint and the yellow paint in rooms could be replaced by a more neutral color. My biggest complaint is the internet reception in the hotel. I have an e-Sim on my phone to use when traveling through dead spots on the big red V. Both the big red V and the blue A (the carrier used by my e-Sim provider) were consistently 1-2 bars and data was slow to load and emails took a long time to send. Switching to the complimentary wi-fi didn’t really help (although to be fair when you first sign on to the complimentary wi-fi, they do warn you it will be slow for most uses, particularly if you use a VPN). Prepare to pay $4.95 per day for internet access. Just another way to stay ahead of “junk fee” regulations. Regarding the quiet comment I made above, my room faced the apartment construction underway next door, and during daylight hours, I could hear construction noise. It was not irritating or intrusive, but it was audible. Night noise was not an issue. Even with the fan in my room set to “off,” there was white noise which kept outside noise at bay. This hotel is hard to find! My in-car manufacturer navigation system failed me. The hotel is not visible from the North Central Expressway northbound service road. Some signage would be helpful - and if it is there, I didn’t see it. This is not the first Home 2 Suites which I have stayed at with poor visibility from the main road and little clue about how to access the hotel. Maybe something for Hilton “corporate” to consider.

I called the Hilton customer service line to book a room to ensure a pack and play and breakfast. They called this Home2Suites location directly to confirm this was available, so I gave my credit card to hold this room. Arrived 11.45pm to check in. During check-in I asked about the pack and play and the receptionist had no idea what a pack and play was, and did not see a reservation note on my reservation. She also had no idea where those things were stored in the hotel, so she had to call her manager and leave a message since it was late at night. I was given a room key on the 4th floor. I took the luggage up while my husband stayed with my sleeping baby in the car. I entered the room with the key, and it was heavily lived in. Bed covers were thrown about, wet towels all over the bathroom, obviously not ready for a new guest. I took photos of this. I returned to reception and told her that someone was already in there or it was never cleaned, and she replied with ‘well I just got here so I wouldn’t know about that’. She did not apologize at all. She gave me a key to a room on the 1st floor and told me the number. When I got to that room there was a ‘do not disturb’ sign on the door. I looked at the room key I was given to check the room number and there was no room number written on the key. I went back to reception and mentioned the ‘do not disturb’ sign. I asked at this point if there was another hotel in the chain we could book with or an alternative solution she could suggest. She did not acknowledge this request. She went to the 1st floor room and came back rudely saying ‘you went to the wrong room, it’s room XXX’. I went to that room and indeed it was available. However, the carpet was disgusting with stains everywhere. The entire hotel had disgusting carpets which we took photos of. We also still did not have a pack and play at this point, nearly 30 minutes later. I unloaded our luggage because we were too tired to change hotels at this point and ended up having to place my daughter in the bed to sleep with us. An hour after check-in the receptionist finally brought us a pack and play but it was around 1am, and we were not going to move my already sleeping daughter from the bed. In the morning I went to reception to check out, new receptionists were there. They did not ask how my night was and I was not in the mood to deal with it at that point. I took a photo of the sign in the lobby that said ‘We guarantee an engaging experience and clean, comfortable accommodations. If you aren’t completely satisfied, let us make it right or that night’s on us’. After returning home from our trip, I spoke to Hilton Customer Service on 9/21 at 9:57 for 25 minutes and was only offered a free future nights stay on my account at a Home2Suites. I declined because won’t be staying at a Hilton hotel again if I am asked to pay for this horrible stay. The bare minimum resolution would be a refund for this terrible night. Decent cu

My recent stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton at 8180 Midtown Blvd, Dallas, TX, from May 31 to June 2, 2024, was a mix of challenges and comfort. Despite initial issues with a fully booked hotel upon my late arrival and a malfunctioning toilet in my room, the staff was extremely courteous and resolved the problems promptly. Other than these hiccups, my stay was quite enjoyable. The room was spacious, the beds were very comfortable, and the overall environment was pleasant. While my wife prefers staying in places without pets, the presence of pets at this hotel was not a problem for us. Additionally, the affordability of the stay was a significant plus. The management addressed my concerns professionally, and I would consider staying here again in the future due to the positive aspects of our experience and the resolution of our issues.

The property is clean and inviting. They followed my instructions when assigning a room away from high traffic areas and loud noises. The room was huge and spacious with everything we needed for our one night stay. Aubrey checked us in, heads up that even if you check in digitally, you still have to go to the front and check in and pay a $1 digital check-in verification fee. It gets refunded. I've stayed at MANY hilton properties, never have I seen this practice. Aubrey was very pleasant and checked to make sure I was happy with the room. I've had better breakfast at other Hilton hotels. It wasn't bad, I've just had way better. The manager was receptive to my feedback about there being no milk alternatives. He explained it was a supplier issue, and they usually do. I do want to shout out Journey at the front desk, who extended herself to me and shared some of her personal supply of oat milk. Thanks for your kindness, Journey. Heads up to anyone needing a late check out past Noon. There is a $25 per hour late check out fee. And unlike other Hilton properties I've stayed at, they don't make exceptions for loyal HH members. Check out is at 11 am, so be ready to leave!! I needed to leave at 3, so I paid for an additional night. I feel like they could've cut me a break. Paying for a whole night for an extra 4 hours is a bit much, but I get it. It's a money thing. I would probably explore other hotels next time I'm in the area instead of staying here again.

Disappointed - would not recommend. I've stayed here before a couple of years ago and it was nice then. I was shocked when I showed up for my recent stay. Has gone way downhill. I work at an event center not far from here and I had recently recommended this hotel to a vendor who had people coming in for a conference - which I am now very embarrassed about. I had no idea how much it had gone downhill. The floor is not clean in multiple areas - stains all over the hallway carpets. Hallways look like they haven't been vacuumed in days - wrappers and stuff all over the hallway floors. The room doors are all banged up. The room was okay but I didn't feel super safe here traveling alone and I will not be staying here again. It's a shame because it's conveniently located but would not recommend - it hasn't been kept up with and is not being cleaned well. Be advised that there is also an apartment complex being built on the east side of the hotel. I was in late and out early so I am not sure if construction noise is an issue.

Very nice hotel! Bed was very comfortable, shower was hot with excellent water pressure. We really enjoyed having a couch to relax on and watch tv. Full size refrigerator, freezer and microwave along with a kitchen sink were great amenities!! A special shout out to Silas and Aniaya who provided excellent customer service!! Both were very sweet, kind and helpful!!!

Door didn’t close. Front desk asked me to slam my door repeatedly so the door would shut. There were long hairs in the bed, and hairs in the towels. This is a nice quiet area; however, this is not a clean secure place to stay.

Excellent experience: clean and practical room with small, equipped kitchen, helpful staff, quiet, great location for visiting my parents at the Legacy. The air conditioner/heater was sort of loud. Otherwise, everything was perfect! Very comfortable bed, warm shower, super clean, free apples in the lobby, great workout room and even laundry facilities in the building. I stayed on the 5th floor - very quiet!

Horrible experience at this facility. Read all of the poor/terrible reviews and you will see the repeated experiences of poor conditions, terrible service, and fraudulent charges. Just don't stay here because you will also see that for the past few years they have promised to be better......but never are.
