Great location and very comfortable overall. Two things that could improve: For some reason, the room gets quite warm overnight and the energy efficient light bulbs used are about as bright as a nightlight.

Poor communication. Absolutely zero consideration for my situation, and a non-prominently visible policy on no show and cancellation. Received absolutely no communication or reaching out when I was late, only to show up at the hotel and be told I no longer had a reservation and couldn’t receive a refund. Wasn’t allowed to check in for the second night either. I don’t know anything about the facility, but based on customer service, definitely would not recommend.

Cooper’s is my go to hotel in Dallas. Safe, secure, centrally located, large rooms, quiet and the best work out facilities anywhere.

We were in town for a wedding. The hotel is in a great location. It was a very hot weekend and it was lovely to be on a property with lots of trees. It would have been great for the pool to be a little more kid friendly (the whole pool is full of lanes for exercise swimming). Other than that, everything was perfect.

The grounds are beautiful. The jogging trail a beaut. The little cafe is basic but good. My only complaint is that the shower curtain does not prevent water from escaping the tub. The bathroom is a little dated. Tub with shower. I prefer a walk in shower with a wand. But the grounds and buildings are from another older era. Really it's more of an inconvenience for the clean up staff as I made a puddle of water which I contained with towels. However this was one of the quietest hotels I've ever stayed at. It felt like I was in my own private estate. Green grass, trees, ducks and geese everywhere smack in the middle of north Dallas. While breakfasting we read up on Mr. Cooper. Quite a man and quite a story! If I lived there I'd join the club. Would stay again.

It was probably the calmest hotel experience I’ve ever had. The hotel is in the middle and part of a wellness center so majority of the people there were older citizens, which contributes to the calmness. The area around it is also pretty calm. The property is huge, but very well maintained. My favorite part of our stay, by far, was having access to the 50,000 square foot fitness center. It’s a fully decked out gym that allowed me to have the best workout I’ve ever had staying at a hotel. Might be the place we stay at every time we visit Dallas going forward.

Have stayed here once a week for last 3 weeks.There are a lot of little bugs in all of their rooms and they need to exterminate . The lighting is so dim I had to bring brighter light bulbs to read. The geese are great around the property but they poop a lot and that needs to be cleaned off the sidewalks. The sidewalks are in bad shape too- all uneven and ripe for tripping on. The rooms need refreshing. Most of the marble floors are cracked in the bathrooms. Beds are good and hotel is quiet. They don’t charge for parking.
