"Very nice hotel, well maintained and well managed. It has an authentic charm in the heart of Zahle/Bekaa. Their rooms and suites are spacious, some have a small balcony overlooking the city. The staff is friendly and professional. The food is nice. Its a lively hotel! The only issue, If you have kids and need an extra bed, it is like the camping one (not recommended, very unconfortable, not suitable for kids nor for adults)."

"Hôtel qui ne mérite pas ses 5 étoiles : le bruit est omniprésent et permanent. Évitez absolument les chambres du premier étage, où l'on entend le bruit du lobby jusque tard. Le petit déjeuner est correct, sans plus. Le restaurant principal ressemble plus à une cantine scolaire qu'à un restaurant d’hôtel 5 étoiles. Le spa n'est pas des plus accueillants, et partiellement hors service. En réalité, la localisation au pied des pistes de ski et la présence de services de location de matériel sont les seuls atouts de cet hôtel."

"I pretty much loved everything about this place. Usually in Israel people think they can just make noise at all hours and it’s horrible. This place is super chill. The kibbutz is gorgeous. The staff are lovely. Helpful and friendly. The food options on the kibbutz are great. The header ha ohel rivals any 5* hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The spread they put on that was to totally different for both days was insane. I’ve never seen such variety and choice. Our room was amazing. They left me a birthday present that was super appreciated. Loved the facilities and free complementary tours. Will definitely be returning."

"Nous avons visité le restaurant de l'hôtel Mir Amir Palace au Liban, situé à environ 1 heure de Beyrouth, à l'entrée , à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur, situé parmi les plus beaux forêts de Chouf. Nous avons un menu pour petit déjeuner fait de Foul, Labneh, olives, différents types de jams. Le service est de la classe supérieure de la direction de Ghazi qui a assuré que tout est servi à temps et à la fois , et une appréciation particulière à Ghazi et aux deux gardiens qui sont bien formés et ponctuels . Je encourage vivement tout touriste libanais et touristique qui est proche de la nature, de bon goût et d'une atmosphère merveilleuse à visiter l'hôtel Mir Amir Palace ."

"I'm sorry to say that i had a negative experience at the Golden Lilli Hotel yesterday at the valentine's night since I'm an repeated guest at your hotel. If an the security employee at the hotel took photos and videos of guests without their consent during a Valentine's Day event, that is certainly a serious breach of privacy and highly inappropriate behavior for five stars hotel. It is essential for golden Lilli hotel and their employees to maintain a high level of professionalism and respect for his guest's privacy. Taking photos and videos without explicit permission is a violation of basic ethical standards and can cause significant discomfort and distress to the guests involved. I would strongly recommend mrs. Sara general manager for the golden Lilli hotel, brought this issue to the attention head Manager for every department at the hotel. while I talked with a Manager at your hotel who took the accident in an easy way and didn't take an action. It's important to provide them with specific details about the incident, Hotel guests have the right to enjoy their stay without feeling violated or having their privacy compromised. I hope that the hotel takes immediate action to address this issue and ensures that such incidents do not occur in the future."
