WE ARE A LICENSED, LEGAL VACATION RENTAL WITH THE CITY OF DANA POINT. STR14-0247. UNLIKE MANY VACATION RENTALS, WE CAN LEGALLY OFFER OUR HOME FOR RENT FOR SHORT TERM PERIODS. WE ARE NOT RESTRICTED TO MONTHLY ONLY. OUR VACATION RENTAL LICENSE IS STR17-0609. Only guests listed on the rental agreement are allowed to use the property. We are constantly updating and upgrading our home. Recently we have completed the following upgrades: We replaced the entire wood laminate flooring with an upgraded beach-grey wood laminate flooring. We replaced both bedsets with Pottery Barn comforter and duvet sets. We had the entire deck repaintedand had wood replaced. We had a new, stainless steel dishwasher and refrigerator installed. We also replaced the entire driveway. New washer and dryers for each unit in a secure laundry room. Welcome to Dana Point! Our home shines like a model home, and the entire condo has been remodeled, including both bathrooms and the kitchen. WE ARE ALSO ONE OF THE FEW VACATION RENTALS IN THE AREA THAT HAS CENTRAL AIR!! We added central air as we know that even though we are at the beach, there are days when air conditioning is a necessity. We are only a short walk to the Dana Point Harbor, marina, beaches, shops, and restaurants. Plus, we are close to Laguna Beach and Newport Beach as well as Disneyland and other major tourist attractions. We are also a short 30-minute-drive to Carlsbad and Legoland. And San Juan Capistrano is only about 15 minutes away. This upscale two bedroom condo duplex has been completely remodeled with a new kitchen with custom cabinets, granite counter tops, and two new bathrooms featuring a custom tile shower and a custom tile tub/shower. All new windows and new laminate wood flooring also add to this bright, cheery home. We also added a security system so our guests can have the benefits of a monitored security system. This two-bedroom charmer easily sleeps six people with a Cal-King in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the guest bedroom, and a Queen sofa-sleeper in the living room. We also provide a Play And Pack Crib and a high chair. Located on one of the best streets in the Lantern Village, this updated home also has its own washer and dryer in a separate laundry room and comes with two parking spots as well. And, you will love the huge lounging deck that has an ocean view and plenty of room for grilling out and relaxing after a hard day at the beach. We have a large Weber grill on the the deck as well as a patio dining set which sits six people. You can enjoy grilling your dinner as you catch some ocean view and experience the great Dana Point ocean climate. We also have a fire pit for your enjoyment on those chilly evenings. Another great bonus feature of this home is that it is all on ONE level. No steps. You can park in the private driveway and in just a few steps is the private entry. Once inside, you will appreciate the bright, open floor plan in which the kitchen and living room are all open. And two eight foot sliders allow access to the huge deck! The kitchen has an eating area in the kitchen as well as bar stools and a counter area. The new kitchen features granite counter-tops, custom cabinets, new appliances, lots of counter space, and tile flooring. Appliances include a dishwasher, a large gas oven, and a microwave. We also have a drip coffee maker as well as a Keurig Coffee Maker. This condo duplex is only one of two units in this duplex building, which makes it feel like a single family home. No mega complex here, but a highly upgraded home on a great residential street close to everything! Our location is unbeatable with quick access to all the activities of San Diego and Orange County.
