Meilleurs Hôtels de Dar es Salam, Tanzanie

I'm going to give my honest review about Gold Tulip Resort in Dar es Salaam. This should not be a 4 Star Hotel it should be a 2.5 - 3 Star. My husband and I stayed at this location from 02/02/23 - 02/10/23. The driver for the hotel picked my husband and I up from the airport very nice man. I would like to talk about the Pro's and Con's of this place. Con's Finally arriving at our destination I was so confused and disturbed by how unpleasant it looked in the back of the building. The inside of the receptionist lobby was very clean and it smelled amazing. It was nice and cool. Taking the elevator to the 16th floor was extremely hot. They should install an air conditioning system or a fan inside of the elevator because it's very hot an muggy. My husband and I stayed in room 1606. The room was nice and spacious. Several things I did not like about the room. 1. TV was really small and it wasn't directly in the middle where it should've been. 2. No sports station only in the restaurant on the 20th and 21st floor which was super annoying. You're not able to enjoy your stay and watch sports in your room. 3. On February 9th it stormed and my husband and I were asleep. The sound of the thunder and lightening woke me up. I tried going back to sleep but I kept hearing rain drops which sounded as if it the rain was dropping onto the floor. I get up at 3am and check and low and behold the window seal was completely drenched and water was also on the floor. How is this possible??? They need to do some immediate work on their windows because this is extremely dangerous. 4. Bathroom was very unpleasant looking. The toilet was absolutely disgusting. No matter how many times the housekeeper came to clean the inside of the toilet where the water refills was so corded with rust. Everytime we flushed the water was brown. That was disgusting. It really bothers me when I needed to shower water would get all over the floor because there was no door to keep the water inside the shower. The existing glass door that's there water gets underneath it and gets all over the floor. Water temperature takes time to get hot. 5. Air conditioner unit is horrible and they need to replace all of them in each room. For this place to charge so much money they can afford to upgrade the air conditioning unit, TV, TV Stations, Glass door for shower, toilets, etc... 6. My husband and I ate at their restaurant almost everyday. The prices of their breakfast is ridiculous because the food they have for all you can eat wasn't pleasant. To charge what they charge is a bit outrageous. The drinks they have out are NEVER and I mean NEVER iced cold. When you ask them for ice it's always a hassle to get because their machine doesn't always work. It's really hot in the morning and not having an iced cold beverage is annoying. Dinner Menu I got really bored with. First thing I ordered on their menu was Chicken Tom Yom Soup. When I tell you this soup was no where near Tom Yom.soup. It tasted not

I spent one night in the Chelsea Hotel to do some sightseeing in Dar and it was very good for that purpose. The hotel was a little bit dated, but otherwise completely up to the standards which I expect from a hotel. It's located not far from the clock tower, which to my understanding pinpoints the centerpoint of the city. The actual sights I went to see started further away, about 20 minutes by foot. The room was adequate in size and had good aircon. I had a twin room. I first tried sleeping in the bed further away from the aircon, but the air blew directly there, so I had to move to the bed right under the aircon unit. The hotel was located close to a busy road and the honking of the cars could be heard up to the sixth floor. However it wasn't bad. The breakfast was ok. It didn't have a very wide selection, but the items I tried were tasty and of good quality. Also the setting in the restaurant was pleasant. The only negative I have to say is the extraorbitant exchange rate. I had paid my room rate in advance, but I had to pay the city tax (1.50 USD) at the hotel. I asked to pay in Tsh and had to pay 7000 Tsh, equivalent to about 3$. My loss was only 1.50$, so it wasn't a big deal in my case, but the principle left a bad taste in my mouth. If the room rate would have been 1.50$ higher but the city tax 3500 Tsh, I would have left as a happy customer. The hotel offered airport transfer for 42000 Tsh. It was quite pricy. The fixed price at the official taxi stand at the airport was 30000 Tsh. On the way back to the airport I used a rideshare app to get my transfer, it cost Tsh 12000.

Il y a une grande salle de gym à côté, et il y a beaucoup de gens qui s'entraînent, mais il y a toujours des bruits de construction en dehors des deux jours où je vis, je ne supporte pas deux boules

Honnêtement, j'ai reçu le meilleur service dans RAMADA RESORT.. ! Je suggérerais très bien que quelqu'un puisse partir, car ses installations sont super grande et très nettoyant 😍😍.. sa position est dope avec la meilleure vue de l'océan 🌊 ... la beeesstt dans DARESALAAM 🥰🥰🥰🥰

D'autres sont bons, la position est insensée, il y a un beau paysage portuaire devant! Les installations sont également nouvelles et sont confortables d'entrer et de sortir. En particulier, le riz au huitième étage est vraiment le meilleur que jamais! Le service de la sauvegarde est un problème, les dents ont besoin de trois fois, deux de deux pour un! Il n'y a plus de temps pour le premier jour. Les remorques à usage unique sont également la première fois utilisées pour ne pas être remplacées! Les remorques à usage unique sont de longue durée! L'autre défaut est que le WiFi est trop lent et que l'horloge bleue qui est affichée sous la télévision est trop bruyante.

J'ai commandé des gâteaus pour diverses fêtes et c'est toujours une expérience incroyable avec les amis et les familles qui en ont profité. Je voudrais remercier sincèrement le chef Pankaj qui a récemment fait le gâteau de poupée pour ma petite princesse comme je voulais et le fait très spécial pour elle. Je n'ai jamais fait de mauvaises commandes de gâteau de quatre points et je recommande très fortement. Une des meilleures places de gâteau de la ville. L'hospitalité et la garde des clients à la réception sont également très aimables et coopératives.

La chambre était propre, la pâte propre. Il y a une télévision dans la chambre. La salle de bain est propre, le pipeline est nouveau, il y a de l'eau chaude. Du port à 20 minutes à pied. Il y a KFC à proximité.

I am very satisfied with the facilities as well as the services. The room was clean and spacey. For the breakfast, you can taste the Spanish omelette just cooked. The employees at the bar are very kind and polite. The laundry service was also very good. Clothes were delivered clean and well-folded. The security is also good since the inter elevator is separated from the outer one. The genera manager is the best. He is always willing to help you kindly, politely and well-mannered. I will definitely recommend this hotel and be back when a chance is given. Great to stay 😊

Hôtel sympa, avec chambre, terrasse qui donne sur une plage, la mer, incroyable, grande chambre, avec de l'espace, petit déjeuner devant la piscine et la vue au top, en plus bien situé, à côté de petit restaurant et autres activités, le service est top pour ma part, quelques animations de l'hôtel qui fais passer le temps en soirée. À revenir avec les amis pour passer un séjour à Dar Es Salaam.
