Hôtels proches de Mbweni, Dar es Salam

I spent one night in the Chelsea Hotel to do some sightseeing in Dar and it was very good for that purpose. The hotel was a little bit dated, but otherwise completely up to the standards which I expect from a hotel. It's located not far from the clock tower, which to my understanding pinpoints the centerpoint of the city. The actual sights I went to see started further away, about 20 minutes by foot. The room was adequate in size and had good aircon. I had a twin room. I first tried sleeping in the bed further away from the aircon, but the air blew directly there, so I had to move to the bed right under the aircon unit. The hotel was located close to a busy road and the honking of the cars could be heard up to the sixth floor. However it wasn't bad. The breakfast was ok. It didn't have a very wide selection, but the items I tried were tasty and of good quality. Also the setting in the restaurant was pleasant. The only negative I have to say is the extraorbitant exchange rate. I had paid my room rate in advance, but I had to pay the city tax (1.50 USD) at the hotel. I asked to pay in Tsh and had to pay 7000 Tsh, equivalent to about 3$. My loss was only 1.50$, so it wasn't a big deal in my case, but the principle left a bad taste in my mouth. If the room rate would have been 1.50$ higher but the city tax 3500 Tsh, I would have left as a happy customer. The hotel offered airport transfer for 42000 Tsh. It was quite pricy. The fixed price at the official taxi stand at the airport was 30000 Tsh. On the way back to the airport I used a rideshare app to get my transfer, it cost Tsh 12000.

J’ai passé 2 nuits en voyage professionnel et 1 nuit en personnel. L’établissement est bien, un peu vieux mais avec un service impeccable et des employés charmants. Le buffet du petit déjeuner mérite d’être cependant amélioré

La chambre était propre, la pâte propre. Il y a une télévision dans la chambre. La salle de bain est propre, le pipeline est nouveau, il y a de l'eau chaude. Du port à 20 minutes à pied. Il y a KFC à proximité.

Le lit est confortable et la chambre est spacieuse Les équipements tels que la piscine et la salle de bains et la sauna sont également bons Il semble être le meilleur de plusieurs hôtels à Dar es Salaam La chambre est plus grande et plus à jour que Hyatt Le service du personnel travaillant près de la piscine est également bon ~

Les chambres sont très confortables et propres, avec TV, mini-frigo et aircondition. Les toilettes étaient très propres et sanitaires, et les serviettes ont aussi pu être bien lavées. Le service de la chambre est très bien placé, mais il y a beaucoup de bruit dans ma chambre, les gars de nettoyage sont occupés à nettoyer d'autres chambres et à faire beaucoup de bruit et de portes de balayage. J'ai demandé à la réception de changer ma chambre, comme ils l'ont fait.

Our rooms were spacious and had all basic amenities plus more. The hotel staff were excellent throughout our stay. They made us feel welcome. A special mention to all staff we interacted with daily...the list is long but i will try...Ahmed,Annax2,Hassani,Ernest,Happiness,Olivia,Gervas,Khadija,Sharifa,Zakia,Zawadi,Siwena,Joshua,Joseph,Vera,Revocutus,Patricia.......sorry if i left anyone out.

We had a wonderful time at the Mediteranneo hotel. Very well located next to the ocean, romantic atmosphere, a tasty restaurant and clean rooms. The staff is very helpful and friendly. It was a pleasure to have Flaviana tidy up our room. She is discrete, works really well and always brings a bit of sun into to the room with her smile.

Honnêtement, j'ai reçu le meilleur service dans RAMADA RESORT.. ! Je suggérerais très bien que quelqu'un puisse partir, car ses installations sont super grande et très nettoyant 😍😍.. sa position est dope avec la meilleure vue de l'océan 🌊 ... la beeesstt dans DARESALAAM 🥰🥰🥰🥰
