The hotel staff and people were good. Rooms were in good condition, nice and clean. You can get food at affordable prices. The food quality was great.

Hotel location is good. Rooms are good but bath room needs further omprovent. The control of gyser and ac with reception. They should give the control in the room only. As we were to leave on the early morning, we faced lot of difficulty.

Provides excellent service and takes care of guest so that they face no issue and are always happy with the hotel's service. This hotel is situated at an excellent location wherein one can spend his / her time in the hotel in the best possible manner that they desire.The hotel does complete justice to star category allotted to it. They try their optimum to maximize the pleasure the guests while they stay at this property.All the facilities as mentioned here are provided with the best of our capacity and availability. The staff is always ready and happy to help the customers. The location of the hotel also suits the reason for the customers stay. Arranging the best for the guests is our top most priority.

Accomodation was ok with respect to other hotels of darbhanga. Staffs were quite friendly and provided good service. There was a problem in my room and immediately room was changed. But it took a long time of more than 45 mins in food delivery by room service. Location wise the hotel is quite far from main road n the road is very dirty.
