We provide tea and coffee in the room, as well as some basic bathroom amenities. In addition to this, we have an extended selection of bathroom amenities available for free on request, either through the QR code on your key wallet or by calling the reception. Similar other hotels in Sydney, parking is an additional cost as not all of our guests use this facility. Thank you once again, and we hope to welcome you back again next time! Réponse de l'établissement: Hi there,Thank you for your review.Our hotel is located on residential area and our address could be reviewed in map platform as advertised. Shops and Redfern station closes to our hotel and accessible within 5 mins walking distance. Of course, Uber and taxi could be other options for you to get to your destination if you required as your preferences. With noise on the street, there is something we could not control. We are able to control noise issues inside the hotel only. With food, there are options available, QR code in the room is available in the room for room service. Uber eats option could be another platform for you which has more options from local area. lastly, Spice Alley is located 7 mins walking distance for food options. With charges, we would never charge our guests without communication and agreement. However, we have our minibar option available in the room for our guest convenience, we would communicate minibar consumption on your check out. Again, we would check and confirm the minibar consumption twice after your checkout prior to charge and invoice will be sent out to the email provided on check-in. In addition, only main building has lift access and other 4 buildings are via staircase, which is one flight or two.We have our 24 hours reception team ready to assist if required.
