The Fulwich Hotel

Fair hotel but poor management. My experience here was worse simply because of an employee .I have always insisted that people with poor customer service have no business working in the hospitality industry .The cleaner cannot be the receptionist and front office because it creates a clash of interest .I stayed here for 6 months and on several occasions hotel guests had to wait outside for her to come to offer service .She is also very rude to hotel guests and even when she is called on phone she answers as if she is doing guests a favour .Foreign guests are usually tired and have travelled from far ,have sometimes to wait outside with their luggages until she comes .I erroneously locked myself out of my room I had to wait for hours until midnight for the said receptionist to come drunk with a nose bleed to open my room .People in the hospitality industry must carry themselves with decorum least they tarnish the very establishment they work for .Last but not least kindly fix the hotel drainage and the mould in the washroom in room 18 .Regular maintenance is key .Generally my stay in the hotel was challenging but generally ok hence why I give it an average .
