It is in excellent location but could be improved by changing new beddings and newer towels. The rooms and beds are old . It’s what you get for the money you paid for

A great place with a free breakfast. Rooms were okay except some cockroaches showed up. Great staff. But no TV or cabel

We had a great stay and the staff were accommodating. We are very satisfied of the breakfast they served. But they need to improved the cleanliness of the room, there are lots of small cockroaches.

像國內的廉價旅館臟亂差，沒有洗漱用品，沒有被子，衹有薄薄的床墊還很臟，熱水很小還經常停水，門鎖還是用手動鑰匙，不安全！

友達の結婚式のためにフィリピンへきました。 その後ダバオに飛んで、夜市が近いと思われるホテルを探しました。 夜市まで歩いて行ける範囲であり、また、ジョリビーも近くにあり、ロケーション的にはgoodでした。 またダバオに行く時は使いたいです。

The worst Hotel ever! The picture is sooo different from the ACTUAL.. so disappointing - no room cleaning ( in short very dirty hotel) - super ingay aircon very very old - linens seems old and not being replaced - curtains super nipis.. indi pang hotel . prang nabili lang sa bangketa ang kurtina - the RATE not WORTH the PLACE.. super budol dito NOT RECOMMENDED! DO NOT EVEN DARE TO BOOK ON THIS HOTEL. TRIPADVISOR, you should be visiting hotels being offered by you. Do noy just believed on the photos. You are our middle eye between the hotel and customers. You should be equally responsible on the hotels being offered. I demanded to be refunded.
