Hôtels près de Iglesia Ni Cristo Lokal Ng Tulip Drive, Davao

Le personnel de la chambre frontale était gentil et respectable. Le lobby était si coloré et conduisant les invités à attendre leurs chambres désignées. La chambre familiale était si grande et les lits de la reine étaient doux et les pièges étaient propres.

LA SITUATION Nous étions sur un budget et nous avons prévu de rester pendant une semaine. Nous avons choisi The Strand parce que les informations en ligne l'ont dit : 1) était dans la bonne position (proche des centres d'affaires) 2) Fit notre budget de moins de 1000 pesos par nuit 3) Photos montrent qu'il était propre et ressemblait assez nouveau 4) N'avait pas ce motel vibe PROS: 1) Accueilable -- moins de 1000 par nuit, homme. 2) Amiable, personnel d'hébergement -- nous avons dû changer notre réservation parce que nous allions rester dans un autre hôtel après notre première nuit à Davao, puis retourner à The Strand la troisième nuit. Nous avons bien sûr donné cette confirmation avant le délai de non-annulation, mais ce que j'aime, c'est que nous n'avons pas à faire une réservation en ligne. 3) Le café matin et le pain -- Les informations booking.com ont dit que le petit déjeuner n'était pas inclus. Ils servent en fait une tasse de café (Nescafe 3-in-1) et une pièce de pain (pandesal enveloppé) à partir de 6am-10am. Ce n'est pas un remplacement pour un petit déjeuner, mais il peut se débarrasser de la faim pendant que vous êtes sur le chemin de trouver un restaurant ou un café. 4) Nouveau bâtiment -- Il n'a été construit qu'il y a 2 ans 5) Clean -- Une saleté entre les ailes de la salle de bains mais pas beaucoup CONS: 1) Parking résistant et limité -- Nous avons craqué le fenêtre frontal de la voiture, et il n'y avait que deux créneaux de stationnement. Une autre option est le parking de rue, mais vous ne serez pas aussi sûr. 2) Non 24-hour pharmacies à pied -- Je suis malade et l'hôtel ne vend pas non plus de paracétamols. Amenez votre propre kit médical si vous prévoyez de rester ici. 3) Pas d'ascenseur -- Ils n'ont que 4 niveaux, donc pas beaucoup à moins que vous ne soyez un PWD. Juste demandez un étage inférieur lors de la réservation, NON lors de l'enregistrement. 4) Pas de jeep ou de bus se arrête près -- c'est une 8-10 minutes de marche de l'hôtel à la rue la plus proche avec transport public. Les chauffeurs de taxis Davao sont agréables :) 5) Matisse Saggiy GLOBE : Grand pour ceux qui ne sont pas des voyageurs frills. La chambre était très basique, mais spacieuse et propre (nous avons réservé un studio). La prochaine fois, nous pourrions rester ailleurs avec un meilleur parking et plus près d'un magasin de confort ou de la pharmacie.

I booked for 4 nights but my stay was cut short because I have trouble sleeping in one of their rooms, so i decided to book with another hotel. The hotel offers a spacious room with multiple power outlets, but the WIFI is very weak. unfortunately there was no rug provided and the toilet and bath is very small.

Room was okay, but the aircon is too slow compared to the other room where my siblings used. Hotel location is just nearby Sm Lanang which is great. They don’t allow early check in even just an hour early unlike other hotels I’ve been to. They asked for a charge of 600peso each room for an early check in.

This 70 + year old hotel surely exceeded my expectations. The check-in process was straight forward and simple so I quickly found myself in my room. This room was nicely furnished and newly renovated with all the standard necessary amenities. Very comfortable king sized bed with very clean sheets and pillows. A couple of bedside light switches were broken though. The bathroom was very clean, with ample supply of towels and toiletries. The dinning area where a buffet is set up was cool, smelling good and no insects flying around. The staff was very helpful and accomodating. Very attentive service. Reasonable priced food both for the buffet and ala cart menu. Enjoyed the hotel's bar at night. The Blue Moon. Drinks and karaoke. There is no swimming pool. There is a large garden where one can eat al fresco. Overall a very good experience.

J'ai passé la nuit ici à Davao Royal Suites. Le personnel ici était très confortable. La bière était bon marché et le lieu est proche de beaucoup de terminaux de transport. Le lieu est propre et la chambre était bon marché. Je reviendrai certainement ici quand je visite Davao. Un des essais devant être fait est leur Davao Longganisa pour le petit déjeuner.

We used to frequent at GoHotels (other branches) many years ago so I know that it’s a reputable hotel. But this time, COME ON. They renovated the exterior and lobby of GH Lanang to look new but the rooms are way too old. I paid 4,100+ for 2 nights and it was not worth it - TERRIBLE at that. I didn’t sleep well because of the room state and avoided using the toilet and shower as much as I could because just look at the photos and be the judge. Not only did it look bad, it also smelled bad. On my 2nd morning, I kindly requested for room service but the staff informed me that they only do room service on a guests’s 3rd day but I was only on a 3D2N stay so I figured I wasn’t qualified. I went on and requested that the CR at least be sprayed with air freshener because it was smelly (I literally told them it was smelly). They agreed this time so I expected it to have been done upon my return in the evening but unfortunately it wasn’t (still smelly when I arrived) and I didn’t bother to request again. There was no exhaust fan in the toilet - only a small window that didn’t help at all with the smell up to my last day. Note that there is no “main” CR door - only 2 separate glass doors, one for the toilet and one for the shower. So expect to smell your own poop in the entire because the doors would not hold off the smell for you, lol. You can see the sink from your bed because it was just… there. The only redeeming factor of that room was the duvet and 2 of the pillows (the pillow cases of the other 2 were old and cheap). Other small things I should note: in-room phone wasn’t working so I had to google the number and call the front desk from my mobile phone. I borrowed a flat iron and was quickly brought up to me (thank you, staff). I also requested for a towel change (just 1; there were 2) on my first night because the towels were giving off this weird smell. They quickly changed it (thank you again) but it smelled the same so maybe it was the detergent being used that smelled weird. I let it go. One of the bedside lamps had small stains that looked like blood, which freaked me out NGL. Look, I wasn’t expecting a luxurious stay. I’m a frequent traveller who even stays at smaller, unfamiliar hotels when on long trips to smaller and farther towns. But this was way too bad. I’ve stayed at many rooms like that of what I experienced with GH but I only paid 800-1,000/night so who am I to complain? With GoHotels, I expected more because it’s a Robinson’s property. Heck, Gokongwei group had an advertisement at the lobby so I expected a decent stay at bare minimum! With that experience, I will NEVER stay at ANY GoHotels again and will probably avoid Summit hotels too because it was being advertised at the lobby and I don’t wanna risk paying more money for another sub-par experience. P.S. I cannot comprehend how others have recently rated GH Lanang with 5 stars LOL

Le personnel s' est occupé d' un endroit très propre , juste un peu de préoccupation qu' il se rapporte à la commande de nourriture qu' ils n' ont pas de service de chambre quand je reste là , j' espère qu' il va corriger la prochaine fois que je resterai mais tout à l' endroit était étonnant facile d' accès à l' aéroport .

酒店位置很好，離達沃市政廳衹有700-800米，夜市燒烤就在隔壁，周邊商場很多，購物方便，距農貿市場也很近，酒店客服服務熱情，酒店餐廳方便客戶休息，不足之處就是不能提供客人加熱食物的電磁爐

One of the best Hotel in Davao. My Fiancé and I stayed here for 12 nights and we love it! The Manager were very friendly and accommodating as well as the staffs. We had a very memorable moments in this hotel. Until next time Park Inn Thank you so much!
