During winter (late November to early March), underfloor heating is provided, allowing guests to admire the stunning scenery while experiencing the cozy comfort of the retreat.** ### **Important Notes:** 1. **High-Altitude Consideration**: The hotel is located at Yuemingping, 3,250 meters above sea level. Guests unaccustomed to high-altitude climates are advised against staying. 2. **Cable Car Access**: Access to the hotel requires taking the Yuemingping cable car. Guests must purchase their own tickets. The last ascent is at 16:00; guests must board before 15:00. 3. **Health & Safety**: Visitors over 60 years old, those with injuries, disabilities, illnesses, high blood pressure, heart conditions, or other health concerns, as well as intoxicated individuals, should avoid staying. Parents must supervise their children at all times. 4. **Undeveloped Areas**: The hotel is situated in a high-altitude primeval forest with undeveloped zones that may pose safety risks. Entering these areas is strictly prohibited. 5. **Check-Out Policy**: Check-out time is 12:00 PM. Late check-outs will incur a half-day room charge. In-room amenities are for use only within the room; taking them out is prohibited. Additional amenities beyond the standard setup will incur extra charges. 6. **No Pets Allowed**: Pets are strictly prohibited in the hotel. 7. **Nighttime Safety**: Due to extremely low temperatures and icy conditions at night, guests are advised against going outside. If necessary, inform staff of your route and estimated time for safety tracking. 8. **No Smoking**: Smoking is strictly forbidden in the primeval forest area. 9. **ID Requirement**: Guests must present their original ID card (driver’s license not accepted) for check-in.
