The bedrooms are furnished with classic cozy furniture and hotel grade sheets and pillows. The unique layout of this property allows your group to be together under one roof but have separate levels offering privacy and your own space!

The two full sized and fully stocked kitchens make cooking meals easy and convenient. Both kitchens were fully updated with new appliances, coffee drip, cutlery, and plate ware.

The advertisement for this property should definitely say that the house is 2 separate apartments. This would have been great to know prior to booking especially if you have a big family. Would work for couples but not a family with a lot of children. Also the bottom apartment had a mildew stench and spiderwebs. Owner did send someone to clean but the first night was tight with everyone staying in the top apartment.

Not a 4 bedroom house
Nice but no living room. 2 separate apartments. No oven only 2 burner stove top. I wish I had known it was 2 separate apartments had to go outside to visit each other

Bitter sweet
They should have advertised it's separate living (2 room- efficiencies, not connected). There was food left in the fridge in the efficiency upstairs. The efficiency downstairs, cookies were left behind the night stand, the bed in the room on the left was unstable. Bottom floor shower was sinking near the drain.
Pro's: location (proximity to the boardwalk), a/c, washer/dryer, kitchen stocked with cooking necessities.
With all that said, this place would work for 2 separate families that don't want to be in the same space and if it was completely clean.

GREAT STAY
This place is truly a home away from home. Very clean, well stocked for entire family, up to date appliances, very secure, more than enough space and centrally located for our vacation outings! Communicating with the host felt like communicating with a family member, very prompt and courteous! Best stay so far!!
