The Unit ~ Welcome to your oceanfront escape at The Aruba, Daytona Beach’s newest luxury condo community. From the moment you step inside, the sparkling ocean views greet you and set the tone for an unforgettable stay. BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS: ~ Master Suite: King bed with built-in nightstands, Smart TV, dresser, walk-in closet, and a private bath with dual sinks and a spacious walk-in shower. The suite also includes a cozy blue accent chair by a large oceanfront picture window — the ideal reading nook with a view. ~ Bedroom 2: Queen bed, Smart TV, dresser, closet, and stylish décor. ~ Bedroom 3: Two twin beds, Smart TV, dresser, and closet — perfect for kids or extra guests. ~ Second Bathroom: Located across the hall, featuring a modern vanity and a shower/tub combo. KITCHEN, DINING, LIVING SPACE: ~ Chef’s Kitchen: Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, cookware, and everything needed for at-home dining. ~ Oceanfront Dining Room: Features a sleek dining table with seating for six, plus three additional bar stools at the kitchen counter. ~ Oceanfront Living Room: Relax on a plush sectional sofa and three additional accent chairs, all oriented for the best views of both the large Smart TV and the rolling waves outside. BALCONY: ~ Step out to your private oceanfront balcony with seating for four — two tall chairs with a bistro table and two low chairs — the perfect setup to enjoy the waves and take in views of the iconic Sunglow Pier. The Condo The Aruba is one of Daytona Beach’s most upscale vacation rental communities, pairing modern design with unbeatable oceanfront amenities. Just a short stroll down the beach brings you to Crabby Joe’s Pier restaurant and bar, a must-visit local favorite. AMENITIES: ~ Heated resort-style pool and oceanfront hot tub ~ Fully equipped fitness center with cardio and weight machines ~ Direct, private beach access steps from the building Whether you’re here for a family getaway or a relaxing coastal escape, this condo offers the perfect blend of comfort, style, and oceanfront living. *OTHER THINGS TO NOTE* MINIMUM AGE: ~ Primary renter must be 25 years or older FEES: ~ Management Fee ($145): Provides incidental damage coverage for your stay. We’ve secured outside protection so both guests and owners are covered for accidental damages, big or small. This is included in the price you see. ~ Late Check-In Fee: 8:01 PM – 11:59 PM: $50 12:00 AM or later: $100 ~ Lost Keys/Fobs: $75 replacement charge CHECK IN / CHECK OUT: ~ Check-In: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM ~ Early Check-In: Not available (if ready early, our check-in agent will notify you) ~ Check-Out: 10:00 AM PET POLICY: ~ No pets PARKING: ~ 1 assigned garage space (clearance 6’7”) ~ 1 additional outdoor space available on a first-come, first-served basis in the upper parking deck ~ No trailers permitted ~ No third vehicles STARTER SUPPLIES: A complimentary starter kit is provided, which includes a few of each of the following: ~ Trash bags ~ Laundry pods ~ Dish detergent pods ~ Toilet paper rolls ~ 1 paper towel roll Once these items are used, guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies as needed. HOUSE RULES: 1. Smoking is NOT allowed at all inside the condominium or on the balconies. Caught doing either will result in a $500 fine. (Smoking can be done out front of the building) 2. You MUST follow the checkout instructions in the binder given to you prior to checking out of your unit. 3. Do not hang anything over the balcony railings. 4. Wash the sand off of you and your beach belongings prior to coming up to the unit. 5. Be kind, courteous, and respectful of all staff, owners, and other rental guests staying. 6. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. 7. The amenities such as the pool and fitness center cannot be used after 10pm. Breaking this rule can result in the condo association overruling me and asking a guest to leave. 8. Please do not do drugs or bring drugs into the unit. (This will result in an automatic termination of your stay). 9. Please do not take the towels or pillows with you. (Yes people do this) 10. If you break something please notify us right away you have damage insurance that protects us both. 11. One week before check in you will receive an email with all of your check in information as well as a couple documents to fill out. 12. You will be given a 15-20 minute tour upon arrival. This is so you know your way around the building and do not get lost. 13. You cannot have additional guests in the building or using the amenities that are not on your registration document. (This will get you removed from the building) 14. Parking is two spots. One reserved spot in the garage and one on the outdoor top deck. (top deck parking is limited) 15. Checkout is 10am. 16. You will need to fill out a parking registration form as well as a standard short term lease agreement with us after booking prior to check in that will be sent via email.
