Spacious 45 m² Duplex, bright and offering panoramic views of the sea and marina. The sunsets from the large balcony are stunning. Located just steps from the city center, this apartment is close to all amenities.
Secure parking spaces with remote access are available at the foot of the residence.
Situated on the 3rd floor (with elevator), it features an entrance and separate toilet, as well as a staircase leading to the living area and a fully equipped kitchen.
On the lower level, you'll find a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, along with a spacious bedroom featuring a double bed and storage closets, offering a view of Trouville. This apartment is very bright and well-appointed, combining comfort with tasteful decor, and includes Wi-Fi access.
Quality bedding, an extra set of sheets for the sofa bed, and bath towels are provided for all guests. Cleaning and laundry fees are included.
Large bay windows overlook the sea and marina, and the balcony is equipped with two loungers and a large outdoor table with four summer chairs. You can simply drop your bags and enjoy your stay.
The beach is only 500 meters away, accessible via the promenade and a pedestrian walkway. A restaurant is located at the base of the residence, along with a convenience store just 50 meters away.
Activities/Leisure: Nearby tennis courts and mini-golf, as well as horseback riding opportunities just 500 meters from the residence. A swimming pool and thalassotherapy center are less than a kilometer away.
