(POOL TOWELS NOT PROVIDED) Our stocked kitchen is perfect for preparing meals with a large dining table, kitchen bar area and breakfast nook. Outdoor dining and BBQ as well! • Pet-Friendly: House-trained pets are welcome with a $150 fee per pet. Register your pets and clean up after them, especially in the backyard. • No Parties/Large Gatherings: Only registered guests are allowed. Contact us if you have any queries or need clarification before booking. • Additional Fees: From the seventh guest onwards, a $39 fee per guest per night applies. • Entertainment: Smart TVs with streaming apps are available. We'll sign out of your accounts if you forget to do so. • No Indoor Smoking: A $500 fine applies for violations. Smoke outdoors and dispose of cigarette butts properly. • Pool and Kiddie Pool: Please note that the pool is professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year. As this is an outdoor pool, it’s normal for some leaves or debris to appear between cleanings. This does not indicate the pool is unclean—rest assured, all necessary chemicals are properly balanced, and the filtration systems are regularly maintained for your safety and comfort. The pool technician accesses the area through the backyard gate. NO HEATED POOL / KIDDIE POOL • Landscaping: Is done once a week. • Security Cameras: Two cameras are installed outside for security, no cameras inside. • Pest Control: Pest control service is monthly. Contact us if you encounter bugs. You might encounter wildlife in the yard, and occasionally, outdoor insects may appear indoors. These bugs are not harmful, and we promptly remove them if notified. • Wifi: High-speed wifi is available; no cable.
