Visited the hotel for a mini getaway with my fiancée for my birthday as it was easier to commute to the nearby location perhaps turned a nightmare. We had prior checked about the availability and inclusions in this property which we found pretty decent. We had been travelling to delhi via other city and reached the property by around 8 am, we agreed to pay the early check-in additional charges and were offered a broken down room (image attached below). There was no cleaning in the room, cobwebs everywhere, food parcels lying below the bed, no slippers or basic amenity, no washroom exhaust fan, condoms above washroom geyser, tv didn't have basic channels, remotes missing, hotel doesn't have wifi, towels not in place, no safe lock on the door. Had to check on the front desk more than 5 times for everything. Later after 1 pm another room was offered where the AC and fan didn't have proper regulation. It was a mess. While checking out the staff would come and bang on your door and would be very adamant on taking your signatures all the time. Very poor experience, would rate -5/5. Would never consider or recommend anyone.
