Welcome to Urban Hideaway! This beautifully renovated, two-bedroom apartment is on the lower level of an up/down duplex in the charming Park Hill neighborhood. Enjoy close proximity to City Park, the Denver Zoo, the Nature and Science Museum, and many restaurants, bars, and music venues. The convenient location offers a quick 10-minute drive to downtown and easy highway access, making the airport just a short 20-minute drive away and providing quick routes to the mountains for day trips.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs (limit 1 total).Pets are allowed with host approval.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 3-17.Property has stairs. Storage areas on same level..About customRules:Always Close the Gate: Please ensure the main gate is always closed and latched behind you..The walkway to the apartment passes through my neighbors' property. Stay on the path and avoid grassy areas or fenced yards to respect their space.,Well-behaved dogs are welcome! However, all bathroom trips must be taken outside the main gate. Very pleasant stay
Our entire visit was extremely pleasant from quick communication prior to our arrival to a text from the owner as we were checking out. The apartment is very nicely appointed, sparkling clean and quite comfortable.
We enjoyed our visit very much.
