friendly and helpful, going out of their way to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel itself is well-maintained and clean, with modern amenities and comfortable rooms. The location is also excellent, being conveniently located near attractions and restaurants. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great value and an enjoyable stay in [Location].

The service was excellent and the rooms very clean. Dinner was very good and the breakfast options excellent. It is in the centre of Derby so shopping and food within walking distance. The only thing that lets it down is the lack of onsite parking, parking is available nearby but you have to pay, it's is £7.50 for a day and in the nearest car park there is only about 30 spaces

The bed was unbelievably comfy and the staff lovely when checking in and walking around the hotel, saying good morning/good evening etc. Buses were very accessible with less than a five minute walk to the bus station and the City Centre right on the door step :)

The whole hotel smelled like vomit, from the entrance, the corridors, the lifts, and the rooms. All I can guess is a dirty mop or cloths had been used to clean up sick and not disposed of or cleaned properly afterwards, and was then used throughout the hotel. We stayed one night and the smell persisted the entire time. We passed on breakfast as we couldn’t face it due to the smell.

First night was awful.Loads of broken sleep due to someone with heavy feet constantly walking around in the room above all night.Had to wait ten minutes for the receptionist t verify my room card on the second night.Second nights sleep was excellent.

All good value for money very central to town and amenities off site car park. Staff very busy helpful, drinks & food also good value, especially the meal deal. Get 17%off car park, which is near by walking 6 Mins away. Security entry to room corridor with room key.

The hotel is in a great location the only down side is the parking as the car park opposite the hotel is boarded up and the car park beside it is to small for the hotel.. the hotel is in walking distance of shops pubs and restaurants.. great hotel..
