Situated in the heart of Destin with its acclaimed restaurants, spas, shopping and 250 feet across the parking lot to the beach. This beautifully decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has a large balcony that can be accessed from the living area and the master suite - feel the warm Gulf breezes and hear the sounds of the surf. In addition to the waterfront Master Suite, there is a guest suite. Enjoy the resort style amenities including pool, hot tub, fitness center, tennis and conference facilities plus you can also use all of the facilities at the sister property, Pelican Beach, including a brand new pool/spa, on-site market/café for quick meals without leaving the resort, beach service/rentals, tiki bar with food items and drinks right on the Gulf, fitness center gulf front pools and spas, and more! The Terrace at Pelican Beach Resort, is a luxury high rise in the Heart of Destin. It is located on the same property as Pelican Beach Resort, directly across from the Big Kahuna Water Theme Park. The building is set back from the beach about 250 yards, but there is no street to cross. It is part of a great resort with fantastic amenities. The Terrace at Pelican Beach Resort Building enjoys all the fantastic amenities the building itself offers but also unencumbered access to all of the Pelican Beach Resort amenities.
