« We arrived late at night after 23hrs travel from our home in the UK, we receptionist gave us a very warm welcome and understood our need to get checked in and into our room, they could not have been more helpful. The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. Fresh fruit and snacks were waiting for us in the room and plenty of bottled water. The breakfast is a buffet style setting with plenty of choice, I asked if there was poached egg and although these were not available the chef prepared me 2 perfect poached eggs . I sat and watched the sunrise behind the bridge adjacent to the hotel whilst enjoying a nourishing and plentiful . When we returned to our room we noticed that the fridge was not working, we contacted reception and a brand new fridge was delivered and installed within 30mins. We used the laundry on our 3rd day, I spoke to a member of staff who said that she would get it all dry and deliver it to the room so that we could get out and about. This is my 3rd stay at this hotel and each time has been a pleasurable experience but this time it was so special and it genuinely felt like home. A special mention to the 2ladies on reception who were so helpful and also gave us free breakfast on our last morning because we were regulars. Xiao Zhang and Xiao Luo »

« Pour: L'hôtel est bien placé, à 2 pâtés de maison du pont Arc-en-Ciel sur la rivière Mianyuan. Les chambres sont propres et relativement calmes du fait de leur hauteur (15ème étage), avec des rideaux épais qui bloquent encore un peu le bruit extérieur et complètement la lumière. L'air conditionné indispensable en été fonctionne bien et fait peu de bruit en ventilation minimale. Le petit-déjeuner inclus est un buffet local, pas de croissant rassis ou de café trop léger ici, mais un assortiment chinois de porridge, riz sauté, nouilles, légumes sautés, œufs durs ou frits, petit pain fourré à la viande, lait de soja... De bonne qualité et abondant. Et il y maintenant de très nombreux cafés un peu partout qui servent d'excellents espressos pour ceux qui en ont besoin. Les machine à laver et sèche-linge disponibles gratuitement sont bien pratiques. Contre: Comme encore courant en Chine, la notion de non-fumeur reste encore assez vague, les 3 signes interdisant la cigarette dans le hall d'entrée n'empêchent pas les visiteurs d'en griller une, et les chambres du 15ème étage annoncées comme telles ne le sont clairement pas à 100% (celles du 17ème étage ont le signe sur la porte, mais est-il vraiment respecté?...). Dommage. Ceci dit, la chambre avait été bien aérée, le ligne de lit bien changé et l'odeur s'est estompée rapidement. Une petite fuite sur la douche qui créait une flaque, pas eu de problème pour changer de chambre. Note: le paiement sur place se fait avec WeChatPay uniquement. »

« Cet hôtel est fantastique ! Les transports sont très pratiques, et la réception nous a même surclassés en suite familiale, ce qui était fantastique ! Le hall est joliment décoré et le service était excellent, avec une assistance bagages à l'arrivée. La chambre était belle, propre et élégante, avec des portes, des lumières et des téléviseurs contrôlés par téléphone. Il y a un snack ouvert tard le soir de 20h à 22h. Bien que simple, l'hôtel était très arrangeant pour nos arrivées tardives. Je reviendrai sans hésiter lors de mon prochain séjour à Guanghan ! »

« Quel plaisir cette auberge de jeunesse ! Les trois repas offerts étaient délicieux et réconfortants. La chambre est simple mais la literie est confortable, j'ai passé une excellente nuit. « L'hôtel Xiao Xiaojiang Hotel est non seulement très apprécié en ligne, mais aussi très évalué par les maîtres locaux! Il est recommandé de voir les invités du Musée de la Terre de Samsung vivre dans cet hôtel, de prendre un train de haut niveau à Guanghan North Station, l'hôtel n'est pas loin du Musée de la Terre de Samsung. La décoration de l'hôtel est belle, la chambre est large, les installations sont bonnes et la salle de l'hôtel est également atmosphérique. Il y a un linge intime, le coiffeur peut répondre à l'hôtel en temps utile, le personnel traitera en temps utile, la porte de la salle de bains est ouverte, le couvercle est ouvert automatiquement, très intelligent. Je veux boire un robot d'eau dans la nuit et avoir un fil de chargement intime. L'attitude du personnel de l'hôtel est très bonne! Le restaurant est bon, oubliez de prendre des photos. L'hôtel doit être renforcé dans les détails, j'espère que l'hôtel pourra vous offrir une meilleure qualité de service! »

« The hotel was a great alternative to other hotels in Deyang (which I had to cancel due to manifold rambunctious wedding parties which made those places inhabitable). The hotel is not new, but nicely located near parks and the river, and has very decent rooms which are clean and have good sound proofing. Staff is exceedingly friendly and that makes a big difference. Recommended! »
