スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで親切。朝食も美味しく快適な滞在が出来た。屋上の日本レストランもレベルが高く満足出来ました。

空調遙控器已經發黃了，但是空調製冷是沒問題的，入住送迎賓水果，酒店雖然久但還有的禮數也不少，在酒店連續住了7天，最後一天到5樓的日本餐廳吃飯，叫了雞扒拉麪，其實就是中國的方便麪+雞扒，感覺已經是人間美味，哈哈，到價格不便宜，差不多人民幣60多元一碗

房間寬敞，位於使館區，安靜舒適，特別適合夜間蹓彎，周邊新建築，都用的清風混凝土，整個區域環境房建造型不亞於比弗利山莊

很舒適的一家酒店，住的很温馨，而且很有人性化，床上還灑滿花瓣，還有各種水果，讓人感覺家的温暖，值得推薦

1. The staff, including Harun, Abubakar, Basher, Dipu, Imam, Sonia, Gloria, and others, are exceptionally courteous and helpful. 2. The hotel provides a relaxing and home-like experience. 3. They even surprised me by celebrating my birthday at the hotel

This hotel is well located and quiet. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The bed did not fall off. The room size is about 5 times that of a Japanese business hotel. Hot water comes out quickly in the bathroom. If you come to Bangladesh, please choose this hotel.

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and I have taken care of everything from security, baggage handlers, front desk, to room service, restaurant, and more. The specially bellman Mr. Monsour, always provides attentive service, as if he were at home!

This hotel was very good .room quality and room cleanec was fantastic. There was no noise when I was sleeping I thinking it's my home .staff was very kind specially Mr dipu and Mr monsur also Mr sofik they are very helpful person. Food was great.

Absulatly amazing Specally bashar bro was very wonderful persons Nice Food Specially Mr bashar was wonderful Behaviour, he gave us specially support at Nabiha restaurant &Cafe at breakfast. Food was excellent. Very Clean and quite place.

Clean room, friendly service, and delicious food. Safety is also as it is located in the center of diplomatic area. Walking distance distance from central Gulshan 2. Nice walking path along the lake. What else do you expect? Thank you Sonia and Shafiqul!
