For the observations you have mentioned, the balconies are designed to enhance the hotel's aesthetic appeal; however, for the safety and security purpose we have to keep them closed. Moreover, we also need to ensure that the mosquitos and other foreign bugs do not pose a risk to our guests. Regarding the rooms, our superior category rooms were already renovated last year. The other categories such as Deluxe, Business Class and Suites are yet to be renovated. We apologize for any inconvenience you have faced with our security department.
