Bon: Les chambres sont spéciales et propres, un bon climat. Le comportement du personnel est bon. Les zones ont besoin d'amélioration: 1)le restaurant n'a pas de glace autre que vanille 2)TV connection got disconnected almost every half an hour 3) wi fi conception est mauvaise. 4)bar n'a pas de collection de vin. Même les marques de bière sont limitées. Seuls les marques bon marché sont disponibles

I recently stayed at luxus inn hotel in dhanbad and overall, my experience was positive. The hotel's location was convenient, providing easy access to key areas in the city. The breakfast served during my stay was delightful. Additionally, the availability of ample car parking space was a significant convenience, ensuring a hassle-free experience during my visit. However, i encountered a minor issue during my stay. The water boiler in my room was not functioning properly. Despite promptly reporting the issue to the front desk, indicating the urgency of the matter, there was a delay in receiving assistance. Despite the assurance that someone would come and rectify the problem, regrettably, no one arrived to resolve the issue. While this didn’t majorly impact my overall experience, it did affect the comfort of my stay, and i hope such instances can be addressed more promptly in the future. Despite this hiccup, i found my stay at luxus inn hotel to be pleasant, primarily due to the positive aspects mentioned earlier. I appreciate the efforts of the staff in making my stay comfortable and hope that the attention to detail regarding room amenities can be improved for a more seamless guest experience.

3. Il y a un problème énorme de l'électricité acc n'est pas fonctionnant correctement pas à distance pour acc, les geysers ne fonctionnent pas correctement, la chambre et le lit ne sont pas nettoyés chaque jour. Il n'y a pas d'eau, de verre dans la chambre, de nourriture moyenne, de kits de toilettes dans la chambre, même d'intercom dans la chambre.

All the staff were very, very friendly...very helpful...very professional. The rooms were very clean and well equipped. (get discounts for the rooms at the reception) The waiters were exceptional...polite and attentive in every way. The landscaping is beautifully The food was totally awesome everywhere we ate. There is complete tranquility if one wishes just to relax around There is a wellness at the hotel for all.

King's resort in gobindpur, dhanbad is a very nice place to stay with family and friends. And nearby dhanbad railway station and dhanbad bus station is approximately 13 km away. Hotel staffs behaviour are polite and helpful.
