Excellent ambience.. epitome of calm and serenity. All the resort rooms are sea facing. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The beach is just few minutes away from the rooms. You can walk into the beach and enjoy its beauty. The swimming pool is well maintained as well. I definitely recommend it.

Review: Very Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Price We had a very unpleasant experience during our stay. As per the booking, check-in time was 1 PM, but we had to wait till 2 PM to get our room. Even after waiting, the room provided was dirty and the toilet was not cleaned properly, which was very disappointing. We ordered food after check-in, but shockingly it took 2 hours for the food to arrive. The service was extremely slow and unprofessional. Adding to the frustration, we had to pay ₹8,000 extra just to extend the room for the next day, which felt completely unreasonable given the poor experience we already had. Overall, the stay was not at all satisfactory. Cleanliness, service, and value for money were severely lacking. We do not recommend this place and will certainly not be returning.

We visited the resort on 8th June for a stay of 2 days. We were 5 ladies and 3 men. While booking a lady named Payel convinced us that the suite we booked are meant for 4 adults and if we want we can opt for an extra bed. We opted for 1 suite and 1 double room for the men. We reached around 1:45 PM, but after about 20 minutes was given only the suite as none of the rooms were ready. To our horror we saw that the "4 beded suite" had only one double bed and a rickety sofa cum bed. They expected us to call this sofa a double bed. After a lot of arguments and adjustments we were offered two camp beds. THIS IS WHAT THEY CALL "A SUITE" The second room was given to us after 3:00 PM though the check in time is 1:00 PM. The rooms hardly had any space to move around with the bed and chairs. The maintenance is pathetic, the whole staircase smells of urine and rotten food. Plates and used bedsheets were a constant visual on the staircase be it morning, evening or night. The lunch and dinner were inedible, had no taste at all and there is no proper dining room. Yes, the evening snacks was good, maybe the cook who comes at night is a little trained in cooking. Let me tell you the behaviour of the so called MANAGER, a mister SUBRATA. On Tuesday, we were told that we have to vacate the rooms by 11:00 AM. Had they requested politely, we would have done so, but we were literally ordered. Then I said since we did not get the rooms on time, we will vacate after two hours. To this Subrata said, "APNI MITTHEY KOTHA BOLCHHEN". This is the language of a so called hospitality manager. We were literally the one out of the suite at 12:00 noon. Yes, we were kindly allowed by the honorable manager to use the men's room for a little more. The ground staff told us that they are also aware of the filthy behaviour of the management. The rooms and food are all overpriced. We have been to Mandermoni at least 8-9 times earlier but this is one trip where we are so disgusted and angry that I think all should think twice before booking this resort.

All amenities are very good, specially the behaviour of all staff members are excellent. Only one negative point I feel that there is no lift facility in this property. The location is superb. Maintainance in all sectors excellent. Chairs in front of sea are inadequate.

Good. Stay. Very clean and good place Hotel staff is very polite and Food is so delecious. I recommended to feieds and family to stay here and enjoy the trip. Lake town is good place. Nice stay and food is very good in this hotel i visited kolkata before but this hotel is so good.

Very cutest biggest feels craziest resort in mondarmoni we enjoyed a lot. Foods are very good is taste , in breakfast whofe system is there where many many snacks r there. You come and visit then you feel the experience is an another level of excitement

1.Seriously such a wonderful place 2.the location is very nice .... 3.room are so clean & toilet also clean. 4.food quality outstanding 5.staff behaviour is also good 6.The swimming pool is the most attractive and beautiful in the entire resort. Highly recommend to visit this resort

Best resort in Mandarmani. I visited Mandarmani so many times, but this is the first time I visited Amar Tree Resort. The resort has a very beautiful green view. The swimming pool is very attractive. The room is neat and clean. Food is yummy and tasty. This is the best resort to spend our holiday time from a daily busy schedule. Amar Tree Resort is the best resort in West Bengal as well as India. I will definitely come next time.

Ther are cheaters, they charged us GST and gave a GST bill to us, but they have not filed GST return, so i did not get my gst money back. i Have been following them since december 24 but they are giving lame excuses. They are thieves. Service was also pathettic
