Hôtel très propre Personnel extrêmement accueillant Le cadre est génial Chambre, magnifique Spacieuse Le petit déjeuner est fantastique Le Bar est top et barman pareil Je ne peux que recommander cet hôtel pour un séjour en famille ou en couple

The location was great, the staff were friendly, the room looked appealing, but sadly that's where it finished. 1) We had no hot water. 2) The front door would not lock. 3) The TV was broken. 4) The telephone did not work. We reported these issues to the management immediately, and they promptly inspected the room and promised that they would be rectified at once. Come the next day, nothing had been done, and all we were met with was a bunch of apologies. Thankfully, after filing a formal complaint, we were offered a refund of the hotel cost. In the meantime though, we learnt that the room had had these faults reported on numerous occasions by previous guests, yet none of the problems had been addressed. Why the reception staff allowed the room to be booked yet again is beyond me.

Very positive experience, where we had a studio for a night with city view. Parking perfect, and beds good. Even we had a kitchen, but did not use. Breakfast was excellent!, much better as in int'l biz hotels. Great to have a welcome drink (Leffe of course). Walking distance to the city. Aside trainstation is a small supermarket, and direct across a very good bistro!
