The stay serving and everything else is very beautiful. Awesome property and great service. Food is good. View is awesome. If you are looking for a peaceful stay with all luxury facilities then this place is highly recommended. Best place to enjoy your stay in nature.

The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The food was great. Overall awesome experience. The property has great ambience and maintained well. You will definitely want to visit again with family. Theres lots to explore in and around the resort.

Excellent resort with rooms having a great view of the valley. Large room with expansive balcony having seating and a big swing. Superb service and good food. Arun the GM of the hotel was quite helpful and making sure we were comfortable. Kasturi in reception, Ramki and Praiseful in restaurant were all there to support. Must visit place, even more, if you are looking for pet friendly resort.

Best place to enjoy your holiday. Well suited for all family groups.. kids will Enjoy this place for sure. Surrounded by great nature and good views from room. Staffs are really friendly and always there for handling queries and concerns. They make sure you get everything immediately. I have a huge list to thank. My family enjoyed a great holiday at GRT Resorts in Kodaikanal this January. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was top-notch, and the staff made us feel like we were right at home. The resort has a lot of lush greenery and pretty flowers; we especially enjoyed seeing the many colourful flowers that we would not normally get to see in our hot home climate! Our room was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, and, most importantly for a stay in January, contained a room heater. The large balcony allowed us to enjoy the views, while sitting on a conveniently placed swing. The resort’s facilities are excellent. The restaurant served delicious food, with the chefs catering to our every request. The breakfast spread was a great way to start each day. Nature walks are arranged early every morning, if one is so inclined. We also went on a curated jeep drive, with a picnic lunch, to a couple of calming brooks. We were very happy with the level of service provided - something we have come to expect (and always receive) at all of the GRT resorts we have stayed in so far. The staff was incredibly attentive, friendly, and always ready to go the extra mile to ensure we had a memorable stay. Whether it was helping with travel arrangements or providing recommendations for nearby attractions, they made our trip smooth and enjoyable. A shout out to all staff who helped make our holiday one to remember! Starting with the GM Mr.Arun; the welcome accorded by Ms.Kasthuri, Ms.Nathiya and Mr.Thiripathi at the reception; Ms.Kim, Ms.Praiseful and Mr.Santhosh who were always ready to help us in the restaurant, ***** with Chefs Vetri, Venkatesh and Manikandan; Mr.Vairamuthu who helped organise fun activities at the resort... It’s an ideal destination for all types of holidays - for someone looking to just relax the whole time in the resort or spend some outdoor time. Highly recommend!

Fantastic stay and great people to take care! We had opted for a stay at Timber Chalet and the room was very good. The view from the outside of the room was great. We had a Pet and they had provided a small sleeping bed & a blanket. Excellent staff under the guidance of Mr Arun (General Manager). Special mention to Ms Kasthuri (she has started to follow up on our trip the previous day itself) and she was there during our check-in process as well. Pandey was very helpful during our check-out process. Other few names to mention - Ms Nathiya, Mr Santhosh, Mr Elango, Mr Balakrishnan & Mr Prabhu. And, by the way, the food overall was excellent! Thank you!
