Park Hotel Bellevue

One of the nicest hotels we have stayed at. Great staff. Great food & wine. Great ambiance. Excellent room. Can’t fault it. Next to the railway station but noise was not an issue. Less than 15 minutes easy walk to the town centre and bus station.

We just spent a week at the Parkhotel Bellevue in Dobbiaco. This third-generation owned hotel is beautiful, with traditionally decoration and a beautifully modern restaurant. The rooms are spacious and pristine, with wonderful mountain views and lots of light. The restaurant offers a fantastic menu and wine selection. The staff is attentive and professional. The spa area (indoor pool and jacuzzi, relaxation room and sauna) is beautiful and considerably larger than displayed in the photos. The spa offerings are ample and very enjoyable. I had a facial and a massage and absolutely loved it. The hotel is within walking distance to the train and bus station, shopping and downtown. We loved our time at the Parkhotel Bellevue and highly recommend it.

We had a fantastic week at this hotel with our three sons (all in their early twenties) plus one son's girlfriend. We were on a walking holiday arranged by Headwater and had expected that the walks and the scenery would be the highlights of our week. Parkhotel Bellevue was easily as much of a highlight!! Most hotels aren't as good as they look in the pictures but this is not the case for Bellevue. The rooms are spacious and light with amazing views from the balconies. The spa was much bigger than I expected and we looked forward to relaxing there after a challenging hike. But what we particularly looked forward to was the delicious and varied a la carte menu and great wine selection. We were made to feel like VIPs and each day a little leaflet was given to us at breakfast with plenty of suggestions for things to do. On the morning of my son's 20th birthday, a cake was presented before I even had a chance to tell them (they had worked it out themselves!). The food was always healthy and colourful but delicious too. My gluten intolerance was taken very seriously and I had still had a large choice of courses. Thanks so much to Andreas and all your staff, you made us feel very welcome (particularly Fabio with his cocktail making skills!).

GREAT LOCATION TO DIFFERENT WALKING TRAILS AND ALSO THE STATION. LOVELY OLD FASHIONED HOTEL ,GOOD SIZED ROOMS WITH BALCONY. HAD ALL THE FACILITIES ,SAUNA AND JACUZZI AND THE REST . GOOD FOOD (HALF BOARD) BUT NOT VERY GOOD CHOICE FOR VEGETARIANS .GREAT STAFF AND FRIENDLY STAFF. THE FRONT OFFICE WAS MANNED BY OMAR AND SANDRA AND HUSBAND AND WELL MANAGED AND OMAR WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND POLITE

Soggiornato da Natale a Capodanno, tanto entusiasmo smussato immediatamente alla vista della camera assegnata. Da anni avevamo adocchiato il Bellevue perchè esternamente molto bello. Questo inverno abbiamo deciso di trascorrerci le vacanze natalizie. Premetto che abbiamo chiesto disponibilità non molto prima e ci hanno fatto offerta con un cambio stanza. Il cambio stanza è veramente brutto ma, per soggiornare proprio al Bellevue abbiamo accettato. Sapevamo che ovviamente non erano le suite ma, conoscendo da oltre 20 anni gli hotel dell'Alto Adige dove anche la stanza di un semplice B&B è un lusso, MAI immaginavamo di trovare uno squallore simile , tantomeno in un 4*. Bello ed elegante il ristorante, bar, reception, nulla da dire per il centro benessere visto che non lo abbiamo frequentato ma la prima stanza assegnataci...... appena entrati è crollato il nostro entusiasmo. Piccola, ci può anche stare, ma vecchia.... stanza datata per un 3* ad essere buoni, non adatta per soggiornarci 10 giorni anche per mancanza di spazio per gli indumenti. 2^ stanza assegnata..... uno squallore. Poteva essere carina in una pensione negli anni 70/80. Piccolissima, ovviamente senza spazio per gli indumenti Ma....... addirittura nemmeno un appendino esterno per i cappotti invernali..... tutto sulla sedia o panchina. Ho lasciato per ultimi i bagni, vecchi, non datati ma di più. Nella prima stanza nel box doccia devi stare rigido, non ti muovi tanto è piccolo, box con antine di plastica. Bagno seconda stanza era..... più o meno 2m x 1.50/60 , uno sgabuzzino anche con qualche mattonella rotta... Entrambi i bagni con piccolo specchio appeso sopra il lavello e altrettanto piccola mensolina dove posare accessori, accessori messi un pò ovunque dove trovavi spazio. Arredamento bagni anni ....mah!!!!! penso anni 50/60..... Insomma. stanze e bagni non sono certo degne di un 4* ..... significa declassare l'Hotel. Certamente costano un po meno ma trovo fosse corretto avvertirci a cosa ci trovavamo davanti, avremo optato per altre offerte ricevute. Faccio presente che di queste lamentele i titolari erano al corrente, al momento della partenza il titolare si è espresso con un semplice ( Mi spiace che la vacanza sia stata rovinata), la signora invece si è rintanata in ufficio senza una parola ne un saluto. Non possiamo dire che manchi educazione ma nemmeno freddezza...... un pò di calore non guasta mai. Educazione si, freddezza costante ma d'altronde, non si è obbligati ad essere calorosi. Una nota di merito per la signora delle pulizie del piano, brava, cordiale e sempre attenta alle esigenze e abitudini del cliente. Avevamo puntato molto su questa vacanza al Bellevue perchè erà un obiettivo che rincorrevamo da parecchio tempo, peccato!!!!!!!

L'hotel si trova in una posizione perfetta per trekking/gite in bici (non lontano dalla stazione e dalla pista ciclabile), con una vista meravigliosa e SPA dove rilassarsi . Le camere sono stupende. Il personale è educato ed accogliente. Il cibo (sia colazione che cena) è ottimo e abbondante.
