Our apartment was absolutely disgusting & not cleaned at all (rubbish left on the floor, dust, food) Stains on the mattress and linen Linen left on the floor Towels not washed & had a bad smell Shower didn’t work Apartment had a fowl smell No bedding & pillows provided for the sofa bed Mould present in the bathroom No glasses/cups provided Exhaust fan in the bathroom was caked in dust which is a MASSIVE fire hazard Wet mop left sitting in the kitchen Dirty sponges in the sink Due to the issues above we cancelled our stay immediately and chose to go to another hotel. When we confronted the owner, he was not responsive and wouldn’t reply to messages. We had made the booking through ***********, and when we left a 1/10 review on their website, the owner Ken messaged us saying he will only provide a full refund (which we are legally entitled to) if we delete our review from ***********. So not only are the rooms outright disgusting, the owner is also blackmailing customers and gaming the *********** review system. We had booked the room due to having a decent review score, however the owner is clearly gaming the system by blackmail. He had also sent us screenshots of messages with other customers saying he keeps his promises so we also have proof he has blackmailed other customers in the past. Please don’t stay here, it was a massive mistake for us, these apartments are just a cash cow for the owner and there is no love or care
