This was my second stay in Dodoma, and SO much better than the last one. Best Western is centrally located, which made it easy to access different government departments as well as local markets and also some very nice bars and restaurants. There is limited parking but this is fine for international business visitors arriving by plane. The existing small airport is so close you could almost walk to and from it. The standard room was great. The desk was fine (and I spent a lot of time using it), the bed was comfy, the AC and TV worked well and the shower was super. There were three different venues to eat (depending on time of day) and the menu was good. Breakfast was particularly good. The view of the city from the top lounge is spectacular. There is a small pool on the roof that also offers remarkable views. I didn't use the small gym, but it looked good and well maintained. Business facilities (conference rooms, computers and printer) were all really good - and critically - the wifi was excellent. BUT - what really made the stay enjoyable and relaxing (despite my busy itinerary) was the wonderful staff. Everybody from the cleaners, waiting and security staff to the receptionists and managers were excellent. They all gave the impression that they enjoyed their work and wanted to assist customers in whatever way they could. This has not been my experience at other establishments and the difference it makes to a busy business trip cannot be over-stated. All the key staff also had excellent English which was really helpful for a visitor whose Swahili remains limited. Finally, if you have a chance to attend Thursday night karaoke you will be amazed by the vocal range and wonderful voice of Michael, who lead the event and encourages participation. And yes - I would visit Best Western Dodoma again.

Très proche de la ville, le bâtiment est relativement élevé et très bien trouvé. Le petit déjeuner est très bon. La chambre est propre et s'assainissant. Le service est bon. Compte tenu du prix de l'hôtel relativement bas, il n'y a pas de moyen de demander plus.
