Très bon hôtel

Staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is great and near the souq which we think is the best part of Doha and the authentic experience. The hotel apartments could use some renovations and upgrades here and there to improve its quality.

L'hôtel est super bien situé cela permet de faire une ballade dans le souk à pied. Le service de l'hôtel est bien digne d'un 5 étoiles, avec un valet pour la voiture, chambre et déco avec un style un peu ancien. La piscine est top ainsi que la salle de sport. Le petit déjeuner est bien variée et de qualité. Je recommande cette hôtel.

Superbe emplacement, en plein centre du quartier du souk, entouré de nombreux restaurants et zones commerçantes et du métro. Mosquée, corniche et musée islamique à proximité ainsi que le port de l'île Banana. Sachez cependant que cet hôtel compte 6 à 8 bâtiments et vous ne saurez pas dans lequel vous vous trouverez avant votre arrivée. Ce n’est pas un problème car tous les bâtiments sont à quelques minutes les uns des autres. La piscine se trouve dans le bâtiment 6 si je me souviens bien, pas dans mon immeuble. La moquette du couloir était très tachée et aurait besoin d'un nettoyage à la vapeur, mais la chambre était bien. Ma chambre était immense, avec une terrasse au 2ème étage. Deux téléviseurs également. Le petit déjeuner était copieux. Excellent séjour dans l'ensemble.

when i pulled my blanket there is a pen mark on the white sheet of the bed. when i washed my face the smell of the towels is different. and the most exciting part, while I was in the middle of my sleep, fire alarmed at around 1:04am. when i stepped out of my room, two locals bumped into me and told me that it was just a false alarm. when i checked out in the morning and asked the front lobby personnel what happened last night, she is not aware nor do not know what happened.

I recently stayed at the Park Hyatt Doha and had an exceptional experience. First off, the hotel’s location is perfect—conveniently situated with easy access to shopping and dining options nearby. From the moment I arrived, the welcoming service was top-notch. The staff was professional, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. Check-in was smooth, and the overall ambiance of the hotel is elegant and inviting. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom was luxurious, with high-end toiletries and a fantastic rainfall shower. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel’s dining options. The breakfast buffet had an extensive variety, catering to all tastes, and the quality of food was outstanding. I also enjoyed the hotel’s serene spa and fitness center, which added a great touch to my stay. Overall, my experience at Park Hyatt Doha was fantastic, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing stay in Doha. I will definitely return in the future!

Comme l'hôtel Trip.com réservé habituellement, il y a la plus mauvaise chambre. Il est construit devant la porte de l'hôtel, le véhicule ne peut pas entrer, il faut tirer un tronçon de bagages. La deuxième image est le paysage hors fenêtre

It was great! We arrived very early ( before 7:30am ) and never expected our room ( superior room double queen ) to be ready. But indeed the night manager was there to extend a very warm welcome and served us drinks and damp towels to freshen up , then proposed to show us another room if we were interested so we had a choice. So he brought us to view both---the one we originally booked and a one bedroom apartment in another building that he thought we might want to see. We found the latter more spacious and brighter and the affable manager immediately offered us a complimentary upgrade even before we made our decision. So we eventually went for the apartment and within minutes all our suitcases were brought up. The nice apartment has a living room cum a dining area , and a small balcony. There is an open kitchen with complimentary snacks and drinks in the fridge, plus assorted tea sachets and coffee capsules. Fresh bottled water replenished daily and it were the little things they put after housekeeping left that made the stay extra comfy e.g. the little book mark placed on one of our books, or extra velcro ties for our cables and chargers casually lying around the desk. The main bathroom is spacious with all the toiletries daily replenished while there is a separate toilet at one end. In the living room there is a nook with a desk and stationery, plus all the cables and cords for any type of phones and gadgets. We never had to ask for iron and ironing board because they were already provided, placed inside the wardrobe. The safe was not functioning properly ---failed to lock when we first checked in, but soon they sent some technician up and got it fixed the next day. Bedding is starched white , very clean and very white. Air con is at a comfy temperature although it was over 44C when we were there it was never too uncomfortably chilly. Concierge is pleasant and helpful and UBER taxis are convenient. There is a Harrods cafe just down the hotel pathway, a rough 3-4 minutes walk , plus other restaurants, cafes and ice cream parlours in the area. There is a Chinese restaurant that is under MO that boasts the best Chinese cuisine in Doha. The Souq Waqif is within walking distance, but the place only comes alive after 5pm when the sun is less scorching. In the day time hardly a soul is found on the streets. People just flock to malls. There in the souq you can find rows and rows of shops selling herbs and perfumes, clothes and shoes, as well as restaurants, cafes , grocery stores and souvenir shops. MO Doha is in a safe area even after midnight because at night there are security guards stationed at almost all street corners where the streets all link up and lead you back to the hotel. Doha people are friendly and nice , and Doha is a very disciplined and safe place so there is no problem for anyone , or specifically women , to venture out on their own any time of the day or night. MO Doha certainly has top security at every entrance and exit , the hotel is very clean and comfortable albeit the shower could be a bit more powerful. All in all, I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Lors de l'enregistrement, nous demandons fortement que le service soit livré gratuitement en chambre, et aucun pourboire n'est demandé, c'est bien mieux que le service à Pékin et à Hong Kong ! Le prix est également beaucoup moins cher. Le matériel est correct et il se trouve à environ dix minutes à pied du métro, ce qui est acceptable.

La position est meilleure, au centre de la ville, où qu'il soit plus pratique, très proche du marché de Waskov, je suis aussi rapide à l'aéroport, le prix n'est pas cher, la chambre est plus grande, nous sommes temporairement reposés, le rapport coût-efficacité est bien, c'est le grand goût de la chambre qui était ouverte à l'époque, Parce que c'est un repos temporaire de moitié de jour, même si, l'après-midi, il est peut-être possible que les gens nettoient l'assainissement. Nous sommes là, et nous avons ouvert la porte erronée. Après avoir ouvert la porte, nous avons trouvé que nous étions en courant. Je demande à la réception d'expliquer que c'était un nettoyeur, même si, mais c'est une grande erreur de travail, Il y a un lieu de travail à l'extérieur de la fenêtre.
