Very nice hotel. This is my second time to be here. Comfort plus excellent service!

Best hotel in town. Hotel team very friendly and suportive. Very nice pool.

Perfect location with excellent services. I checked in late but still OK, great room with view.

Beautiful riverfront view, large bathtub, delicious breakfast, ride to train station, warm friendly staff. Can't really ask for more. From here I could easily walk to most interesting parts of Dong Hoi. I'd come back for sure.

It’s a new hotel and still settling in. Individual staff try their best but management support and training is also needed to improve.

Overwhelming service standards, absolutely value for money in terms of the luxurious experience you’ll receive. Enjoyed the bathtub, and absolutely loved the bath robe that they provided - so cute and comfortable! The staff also gave great advice on the nearby amenities (supermarket). Only complain that we have was that the aircon felt a little warm during our visit.

房間乾淨舒適，室內游泳池環境良好，早餐豐富，一樓MOSS有賣星巴克的咖啡,飯店旁邊有電影院、商場及當地市場，整體值得入住。

Das Melia ist sehr schön und sehr komfortabel. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und sehr gepflegt gewesen. Das Hotel bietet eine sehr günstige Tour zu den Höhlen an. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück ist sehr teuer und als Ausländer wird einem gar nicht von dem günstigeren einheimischen Frühstück, was nur die Hälfte kostet, erzählt. Wir hatten einen schönen Abend an der Bar und haben uns sehr gut mit dem Barkeeper unterhalten.

有段時間沒來，但每次來廣平省的首選住宿就是這裡，早餐樣式雖少，但也算精緻，是值得再次住宿的好選擇。我愛他😍

Tôi đã lưu trú 2 đêm ở đây, mặc dù khách sạn 5* nhưng không có ai vào dọn phòng thay khăn thay nước cho gia đình chúng tôi. Khi đi ra vào ở khách sạn cũng không có nhân viên mở cửa. Phòng tắm khi xả nước vào bồn tắm có màu hơi ngả vàng cảm giác không được sạch sẽ lắm. Thực sự trải nghiệm của tôi là tệ và cảm thấy không xứng đáng với số tiền bỏ ra. Khách sạn không xứng đáng 5* tí nào. Cũng không có welcome drink gì luôn.

Thật sự quá thất vọng, ủng hộ vinpear từ 2019 đến nay, đi đâu cũng chọn ở khách sạn vinpear, thật buồn khi thấy phục vụ của chuỗi khách sạn ngày càng đi xuống. Ngoài vinpear Quảng Ninh. Từ Thanh Hoá, Hà Tĩnh, Đồng Hới phục vụ đều đi xuống, không còn được như trước. Nhất là sau vụ việc đổi ngày, mình đã bị khách sạn phạt tiền còn app Trip.com thì không hỗ trợ. Sau này sẽ không quay trở lại và không bao giờ đặt phòng tại Vinpear nữa. Tạm biệt
