Avis : Royal Quang Binh Hotel

Super hotel mais qui se dégrade un petit peu. Piscine et salle de sport fermé, nous n'étions pas au courant lors de la réservation et cela n'a pas été mentionné au checkin. Petit déjeuner ok, rien d'extraordinaire.

The room was huge and with a very comfortable bed. There are some great views from the hotel. The staff was very helpful too. Breakfast was good with a decent selection.

Check in was extremely smooth. Room was comfortable and spacious, floors was ultra cold, but they gave you sturdy slippers. Breakfast was extremely simple though, manage your expectations. View out of the room was good, if you could look beyond the layers of dirt on the windows and the cracked glass.

Trong chuyến du lịch Quảng Bình vừa qua, mình đã có dịp nghỉ tại Khách sạn Royal Quảng Bình và thật sự rất hài lòng với trải nghiệm tại đây. Vị trí: Khách sạn nằm n*** trung tâm thành phố Đồng Hới, rất thuận tiện để di chuyển đến các địa điểm nổi tiếng như bãi biển Nhật Lệ, Quảng trường Hồ Chí Minh hay chợ Đồng Hới. Từ khách sạn ra biển chỉ mất khoảng 5 phút đi taxi, cực kỳ tiện lợi. Phòng ốc: Phòng ở Royal Quảng Bình rất rộng rãi, sạch sẽ và đầy đủ tiện nghi. Nội thất hiện đại, giường ngủ êm ái và ban công nhìn ra thành phố rất đẹp. Đặc biệt, phòng cách âm tốt nên mình có những giấc ngủ rất yên tĩnh. Dịch vụ: Nhân viên ở đây cực kỳ thân thiện, nhiệt tình hỗ trợ khách mọi lúc. Từ check-in đến check-out đều diễn ra nhanh chóng và chuyên nghiệp. Mình còn được hỗ trợ đặt tour tham quan động Phong Nha n*** tại khách sạn, rất tiện lợi. Tiện ích: Khách sạn có hồ bơi ngoài trời, phòng gym và cả dịch vụ spa. Buổi sáng, bữa buffet khá phong phú với nhiều món ăn địa phương hấp dẫn như bánh bột lọc, cháo canh, cùng các món Âu – Á khác. Giá cả: So với chất lượng dịch vụ và vị trí thuận lợi, giá phòng tại Royal Quảng Bình rất hợp lý. Đây là lựa chọn lý tưởng cho cả khách du lịch và đi công tác.

總體來説還是很不錯的。酒店位於市中心，交通比較發達。酒店房間比較大，空調效果比較好。但是酒店房間裏面冰箱裏沒有準備任何食品和飲料。

This hotel is far away from international standards and a 4 star category. Dirty and old rooms, missing housekeeping and only an Asian breakfast in lower quality. The swimming pool was closed, also there's no restaurant or bar and no gym. Some information are a fake in the promotion and nearly a scam, because the hotel knows the truth. Never again. For the price per night, there's many other hotels with higher standards and friendly, professional staff...

The reason that I’m only giving this hotel 2 stars is that we arrived and were told we had to pay cash. It’s a massive hotel so it was a pain walking in the rain to go find an ATM after our train ride. My main gripe is we booked this for the amazing pool and sky bar and found out that it doesn’t open in the rainy months. We booked this hotel purely for that. So it was very disappointing! The actual room was clean and the shower was powerful. The wifi was ok too. The smell of people smoking in the corridor was grim though. There were prettier hotels else where which had character that we would have booked instead. And finally .. the breakfast was very very bland with the icing sugar potato was a new one for us. The only good bit was us laughing at what we’d chosen.

Das Hotel ist keine 4 Sterne wert, das Frühstück ist höchstens Durchschnittlich und nicht International. Das Personal ist sehr unfreundlich und spricht kaum Englisch. Auch sind die Zimmer nicht wirklich komfortabel. Ich kann dieses Hotel niemandem empfehlen.

Dieses Hotel entspricht nicht ansatzweise einem 4 Sterne Hotel. Keine englischsprachigen Mitarbeiter, unfreundliches Personal und gerade mal ein durchschnittliches Buffet zum Frühstück. Nach einem Tag haben wir das Frühstück storniert. Wegen des chinesischen Neujahrsfest gab es 3 Tage keinen Zimmerservice und somit keine sauberen Handtücher. Der Swimmingpool sowie die Bar waren geschlossen. Es gab keinen Schadenersatz, mir wurde der volle Preis berechnet, trotz der Stornierung des Frühstücks. Der Wasserkocher enthielt Schimmel, meine Frau wollte heißen Tee trinken. Ekelhaft und Lebensgefährlich. Ich werde eine offizielle Beschwerde bei den zuständigen Behörden in Vietnam einreichen, dass dieses Hotel einen hohen Preis für den Betrug und die Gefährdungen der Gesundheit bezahlt.
