Richwood Garden Hotel

After a working day, I arrived at this hotel, the service was very attentive, caring from check-in to check-out, very professional staff work at the reception. The room was clean, comfortable, free of odors and noises. But I want to pay special attention to the bed, the bed, pillows and blanket were so soft and pleasant as a cloud that I quickly fell asleep and slept like a child. The breakfast was very good, I really enjoyed a lot of different food options . Then to cheer up, I went for a swim in the pool, outdoors with stunning views of the garden, and then to warm up I went to the hot springs, it was bliss, amazing and soothing atmosphere. It was an unforgettable experience to relax body and soul. I will certainly come many more times. Highly recommend this hotel.

The environment is relaxing and I really like the Hot Water Pools

We enjoyed staying at this hotel. The room was large and bright. We had a lovely lake view. The breakfast was quite good with several Western options. We loved the hot springs area - good selection of hot tubs in a beautiful forest-like area, peaceful and relaxing experience. We were impressed with the number of English speaking staff in the hotel and how nice and helpful they were to us. The price of the hotel is another bonus, extremely cost-effective hotel. I would certainly recommend this place to anyone.

今次係探親戚，上網見評價都幾好，入住check-in，本身係兩張1.2m細床，前台見我地1家4口，估唔到有得升級房間，1.8m大床同1.2細床，連住兩晚都訓得好舒服，房間，洗手間同浴室都好大😊

總體比較滿意，小孩子説下次還想過來。前台俄羅斯美女熱情，免費升級了房間；房間衞生算乾淨，設施雖然有點老，但是住得舒服，晚上睡覺很安靜；入住隨意泡濕泉，春秋季節比較合適泡温泉；唯一不足就是洗手間地面容易積水，地漏設計好一點或者放置一個掃水的雨刮，可以及時清理積水，避免滑倒摔跤。

下次再想泡温泉還會來🤩泡的很舒服，陸陸續續泡了五六個池子，36-43℃的都有的選擇，房間裏還可以調節蒸桑拿😋週末來玩一天週一早上還可以送到高鐵站直接去上班哈哈哈很酸爽
