Was originally happy that we were given a free room upgrade for our long stay. The hotel lobby, common level 4 has leftover smoke smell, and since aircon system is shared, it didn't occur to me that we weren't by default given a smoke free level/room upon the upgrade, even though I've booked for non-smoking room. Therefore, both of us got rashes or mite bites from the poor air quality in the room. After 2 nights of torture, we complained to the counter and then found out that we can move into a non-smoking room. Everything was fine afterwards (our skin still healing), and we were also given a small goodie bag as a token for apology. Conclusion, don't expect the receptionist to read the online booking order, and remind them constantly. Lastly, as shown in pics, the towel cleanliness varies before usage, although we were told that new cleaned towels will be delivered to the hotel daily. Room size is great.

Loved the room and all the kids friendly stuff in the room. My kids loved the tent and had lots of fun playing inside. It’s convenient and great location!

If you are a non-Chinese traveler, choose another hotel, in fact, choose international hotel chains. Been to many places and hotels in China, even the immigration does not require a passport if we have the permit, but the hotel staff insisted we should provide even if we did not have the need to bring with us! The staff also made it compulsory to provide a China phone number even if we do not have any, and the reason is just “normally people have one”. Why would I purchase another number if I have roaming service with my own number? It was outrageous. On top of that, corridor is very dark, room windows were open before we checked in which seemed insecure, breakfast is really disappointing with very limited choice. Will never ever choose this brand in my life!

Hotel service was good, location is near to eateries. If want to have a mall, it is 2km away. Cleanliness is good.
