1.攜程上寫明入住送水果 完全沒有提供也沒有前台説過這個事情 直到退房都沒有 2.房間窗户非常非常小 在尾房非常壓抑 3.入住完全無服務可言 我要求換房以後前台要求我必須下去換房卡 但我當時由於入住已經很晚了小朋友一直鬧着要洗澡 前台一定要求我本人下去換房卡 不知道是不是沒有人的原因 後我提出用機器人送上來後來前台才説可以送上來 衹是換房卡這一件小事情，完全沒有服務 4.早餐也很一般 5.對於400多這個價格在這樣的地段這樣的服務我覺得很差 房間設施非常一般完全不值這個價格 200最多了 總之體驗非常差 不會再去 也不推薦 6.上面寫房間有咖啡機 但並無膠囊咖啡提供 所以衹是擺設

卫生：酒店內內清潔衞生，房間也沒有煙味👍 环境：尚算清淨，可安心睡到天亮！ 附近有中餐酒樓，也有潮州牛肉火鍋十分方便

停車場很大 酒店健身房小小的 基礎的都有 還行吧，辦理入住很快！前台阿潔服務很好 給升了房型，房間挺大的趕了一早上的路天氣超熱到了躺着都不想動了，安逸~這個杯子蠻好看的 有賣的嗎😆

Nice place to stay. Comfortable. Location is good.. very close to restaurants and spa.  It could be better to have more pillow selection and bathrobe.
