UUtilisateur anonymeLe séjour a été globalement satisfaisant jusqu'au dernier jour, où j'ai rencontré quelques problèmes qui ont causé des désagréments importants. Le soir de mon arrivée, j'ai demandé un oreiller supplémentaire car j'ai mal au bas du dos. Cependant, j'ai fini par attendre plus d'une heure. Lorsque le personnel est finalement venu m'expliquer, on m'a informé que l'oreiller supplémentaire avait été donné à un autre client qui l'avait demandé après moi. J'ai trouvé cela injuste et décevant, car ma demande avait été faite plus tôt et pour une véritable raison.
Pour couronner le tout, le dernier jour, alors que j'avais un vol à prendre, il n'y avait plus d'eau du tout au premier étage. Cette situation inattendue a perturbé mes préparatifs et a rendu assez difficile la préparation de mon voyage.
Cela étant dit, j'aime vraiment l'ambiance ici dans son ensemble. Plus ou moins, je vais quand même envisager de revenir.

One of the standout features of ITCC Manhattan Suites is the convenience of having a shopping mall just downstairs. You have access to a wide range of services, including a supermarket, and dining options.
However, some guests have noted that because it’s part of a mixed-use development, the hotel lobby can feel more like a commercial building than a traditional hotel, which may not suit everyone’s preferences. Additionally, the location is a bit outside the main tourist areas, so having transportation arranged in advance is recommended.

LLimThe only reason I stayed here was because of it location near to the airport. Everything else is good in terms of experience except I was imposed with liability costing RM10 for soiling one piece of their towel. The soiling happened because I walked outside after the rain and my foot got into a mud spot. I came back to my room and I accidentally stepped on the towel. Bear in mind, I had to book their largest room meant for 4 pax because that was the only one available even though I stayed alone. Considering the occupancy is low for that large room, soiling one piece of towel does not justify a RM10 liability damage.

** Jangan lupa sediakan spt pisau , mangkuk , papan pemotong untuk setiap yg ada kitchen senang untuk masak klu cust mahu guna biarpun studio place . Piring pun skurang³ kasi extra hehe .
Tempat ok , cuma parking tidak di sediakan di setiap unit . Terpaksa cari sendiri , parking x banyak . Ada under managment byr rm 10/day .
Cuma weekend full house semua . So bertabah lah untuk mencari parking .
Mahu beli barang makanan ringan ada speedmart , kedai runcit & orange .
Tempat masih baru so , klu tempat makan ada cafe sja d dpn . Lain d sebelah bangunan ada food court & di area sna senang cari makan .
Cuma kalau lebih senang sesiap lah tapau makanan dr dluar, sbb susah cri park klu pack time . Sekian ulasan dari saya 🫶

The only thing is i cannot tolerate at all was there was not toilet bowl in the attached bathroom i was staying in.
