Dated hotel and cleanliness needs to be improved. We found hairs on sheets in 2 of 4 beds. The staff were very friendly and that was the best part of this hotel. We managed to walk to a nearby night market/ pedestrain mall and there was a great HongKong restaurant just further down the road. (Lobby or mall of hampton hotel i believe)

I recently stayed at the Foison Jewel Grand Hotel in Shanghai, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The service was excellent—staff were attentive and friendly, and the facilities were well-maintained and comfortable. However, I was slightly disappointed with the breakfast buffet. While the quality of the food was good, the variety of options in the "all-you-can-eat" spread was somewhat limited. A wider selection would have made the experience even better.

1. Early check in
2. Robot help to deliver orders to room, so we not need to go lobby to collect the delivery. Very convenient 👍.
3. Friendly reception
Con:
1. Hotel’s renovation look abit old/ aged although advertised it is 4 star selected hotels in Hengdian world studio.
Remark: We booked family room which included two adult tickets and one child ticket. Refer to online comments, people said can top up money to change the child ticket to adult ticket, but we were unable to do it.

It is my best experience ever. The staffs are really enthusiastic and friendly. They help me every time and everywhere. I feel touched. From a ver far away place to hengdian but feel like being welcomed as at home. The hotel clean, the staffs are excellent. Thank you for providing me a feeling home away from home.

星級酒店每一項都讓我們非常滿意！酒店一點也不舊，裝修高級衞生整潔，服務特別好（車停了還沒下來就在幫我們搬行李），有歡迎水果和貼心服務（尤其是小趙！特別好的服務！）（床沒有拍照片但是很乾凈很漂亮）
以後如果再來橫店都定這家，五星推薦大家來住！
