Great location, friendly staff & trademark comfy bed! Great breakfast & although a small dinner choice, all food was hot & tasty! Taxi rank around the corner so perfect for when needing to get about. Happy to store luggage before check-in & post check-out which is really handy too! Would definitely stay again.

Paid for early check in from 11am and the room wasn’t ready until gone past 1pm, which was inconvenient due to a very early flight with children. When we did get the room there was a bad odour in the bathroom, but the room and bathroom were very clean, the beds were very comfortable. Steve on reception was 11/10 he did everything he could to accommodate us, he was friendly and professional and the main reason I’d return! Thanks Steve

One of the worst premier inns I have stayed in. Rooms smelt and were damp, showers back up (lady at the desk said this was normal and not much she could do). Staff in daytime seemed like they didn’t want to be there. I really try to find the best in places I visit so here are the positives. Night staff were very pleasant as were the bar / restaurant staff. Food and drinks were reasonable and of good quality. It’s just a shame the hotel room experience was so poor.

Great stay at the Premier Inn - comfy beds, good breakfast and extremely helpful and friendly staff. Shout out to Maxine and Steve who couldn’t have done anymore for us, so accommodating, friendly and great with our two children. We would 100% return

Went for a short weekend break to watch the football. Room was very comfortable and had plenty of amenities. Service by Shanice, Maxine and Heidi was first class. Been several times to this hotel now over the last 2 years and it does what it says on the tin!

I have stayed at many Premier Inn’s, however, this one I found head and shoulders above the others. I stayed for 5 nights & the room and restaurant was spotless, lovely fresh breakfast & every single member of staff couldn’t be more helpful. Highly recommend

Lovely stay at this Premier Inn. I can't fault it. The staff were so helpful. It was quiet and we got the rest we needed. Very clean and amenities were all in excellent condition. I would definitely stay here again Great position, giving good accessibility to Douglas and the transport links.
