Bring your own boat, use our kayak, or rent a boat at the marina only a block away. A peaceful enclosed porch with lots of windows overlooks Sebec Lake. Full kitchen, BBQ grill & fireplace. 1 king bed, 2 twin beds, 1 full size pull-out couch bed. Sleeps up to 5. Perfect for families, friends, or a couples getaway Other things to note Our cottage offers a bulkhead plus a moor to dock your boat. Our bulkhead portion is about 25 feet in overall length with a ladder to disembark. In addition, very sturdy steps that lead directly into the water, this is perfect for going swimming, climbing onto your floatie or getting into kayak. If your boat is longer than 25 feet you will have to moor it.
