Ce hotel m'a surpris. À attendre un hôtel de la chaîne budgétaire habituelle. C'était mieux. Pour commencer, c'est la réception. Avec 3 belles dames. Arasele, Ro, et Patricia. Toutes étaient amicales et efficaces. La chambre était propre, pas obsolète, le lit était l'un des plus confortables que j'aie eu en un peu. La seule raison pour 4 étoiles n'est pas un fan du petit déjeuner. Mais je suppose que c'est votre objet typique. Je vais rester ici encore

We stayed for a week and found the staff very service-oriented. We were consistently greeted by the front desk staff and the restaurant server Theresa. . When we called about a nest of stranded baby geese we could see from our window, the manager Lucy Flores went above and beyond to arrange to relocate them that day. Our room was very clean and quiet. The hotel location was excellent with nearby restaurants, Oak Brook and access to expressways. The free coffee in the lobby weekday mornings was especially good. - a bonus! The fact that there was a living room space meant family could come visit us there. We’ll definitely be back.

J'ai été à Hyatts avant et j'étais très heureux de mon séjour. Nous avons assisté à un mariage et tout le WSS exquis. Le restaurant et le service étaient fenomenaux. Nous avons séjourné dans une chambre très propre et confortable.

Nous avons une famille dans la région et nous avons souvent cet hôtel! Il est confortable, bien entretenu, et abordable. Le personnel est ami, conscient et très utile. Le petit déjeuner offre toujours de nombreuses options. Ma femme et moi reviendrons!

Un excellent petit déjeuner !

Le prix est très élevé, le cadre environnant est bon, la salle est assez grande. Les équipements dans les différentes chambres sont très bons, le personnel de l'accueil est également très enthousiaste, un peu plus éloigné de la ville, la circulation est plus aisée en voiture.

This hotel has major problems. Check in is at 3 pm. We arrived at 3:45. The room was not ready and the front desk supervisor was very slow. She could not tell us when it would be ready. There was a line of about a dozen people. Some were irate. It took 50 min to check in. The supervisor said check in is at 3 pm, but not all the rooms are ready then. We had an event to attend, needed time to get ready, etc. To say this was frustrating, is an understatement. We received a notice from Hilton saying we could check in using the app; however, it would not work. We were not offered anything, including water while waiting. As a diamond member, I expect more. I certainly will not return to this hotel again.

Les gens me disent que le bon service ne vient que de bons gens. Le personnel, des femmes fabuleuses qui gardent tout propre à la superviseur Judy et le gestionnaire Crystal. Ces deux femmes sont absolument étonnants! Ils vous font sentir confortables et vous font sentir comme vous dans les bonnes mains, mais ils ont aussi fait le travail avec des actions. Je n'ai pas assez de mots pour décrire ma gratitude pour ces deux dames. Mais merci à eux pour le travail étonnant qu'ils font. J'espère que la direction supérieure les reconnaît comme moi parce qu'ils méritent des élevers! Ne peut pas mettre une étiquette de prix sur le service qu'ils m'ont fourni.

Globalement, il était plus grand et plus propre que l'hôtel à proximité. La location était importante parce que j'ai visité pour un voyage d'affaires, mais la distance était bonne et il y avait de nombreux grands cibles et restaurants autour. Cependant, comme c'est une période de couronne, il y avait un peu d'inconvénient parce que le service comme la nettoyage et les serviettes était nécessaire.
