Le service est très bon. L'hôtel est très confortable. Vous pouvez commander votre propre petit-déjeuner, qui est également très copieux. La plage est ouverte jusqu'à 20 heures, ce qui est un peu tôt. C'est un peu loin du centre ville. Il y a trois restaurants. Il convient aux hôtels purement ludiques.

This was my second time staying at Banyan Tree, and everything was just as wonderful as I remembered. The service was warm and attentive, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing — perfect for a getaway. While the breakfast selection wasn’t extensive, the quality was good and more than enough to start the day. Overall, a truly enjoyable stay once again. I’d happily return.

Truly outstanding. Had a great 4-night stay with family here at Banyan Tree Bluewaters. The location is awesome, the location is walkable to Marina Beach and all the shops/restaurant via the bridge, and at night, it was a very pleasant walk. The hotel's facilities are awesome, smells good, refreshing, but relaxing everywhere. That really reminds me of Bali. The pools are nice and my kids really enjoyed it. The restaurants, especially Aliseezee (?), are so good and upscale. I had a half-board package and i think it's totally worth it. Would definitely be back to Banyan Tree, either in Dubai or other locations.

I really liked the hotel and the location. We also liked the breakfasts, but we would like to have some variety, they do not change at all, all the same (we stayed there for almost 2 weeks, so I noticed this).

In general, the hotel is in line with the price, for which I paid with a half broad by USD380 for a bliss room. There are a few small service happening to me. Drains of the washbasins clogged. Facial tissue was not refilled. Reception doubled unintentionally charged me the room fees. Wireless internet connection is too slow, which I could not browse websites. A security guy told me the Demon Duck restaurant closed down at the time when I ask him an assistance of finding where the restaurant is. Others, except for those mentioned, are expected.

Every member of staff is ‘on brand’ from the minute you arrive to the time you leave. Exceptional service with a smile from every team - no one can do enough to help you! Great restaurants, menus that cater for all, great rooms and location. Banyan Tree is first class!

第一次入住杜拜悦榕莊，工作人員服務熱情周到，房間乾淨整潔，晚上會有鋪床服務，沙灘工作人員也很熱情，我們預訂了含早晚餐，早餐超級棒可以單點餐食，品種多樣，晚餐不是自助餐，三道式，不包括飲品連水都要收費實在有點不合理，其他都不錯

Расположение - на любителя. Можно сказать - подальше от суеты. Сервис на высшем уровне. Понравились завтраки, в основном все блюда на заказ. Качество продуктов превосходное, приготовление тоже на высоком уровне. Сервис соответствует рейтингу отеля. В номерах всё есть из необходимого. Очень вкусные кофе и чай. Надо немного попотеть, чтобы разобраться со шторами и жалюзи, но когда разберётесь, сложностей не будет. Лично мне не хватало света в номерах, но это фишка некоторых отелей. Кондиционер в номере, кстати, очень тихий, что приятно порадовало.

Все очень понравилось, завтрак на высоте, холодный бассейн спасает в жару, персонал на 5+

酒店太棒了，前台帥哥給我們升級了總統套房太開心了，真是個特別驚喜的禮物酒店非常新，周邊有很多購物中心
