The hotel has good location, just in front of main road. Has free basement parking with easy lift access. Just at the back around 5min walk ,supermarket carefour opens 24hours so much great in case u need to get any snacks drinks etc (which i arrived at night i still can buy stuffs). Apartment fully equip with kitchen (but not provide washing soap&sponge) , washing machine with no dryer but got dry rack .

2024年2月來入住的。酒店位置不錯，離地鐵紅線33號站步行500米。酒店樓下有當地口味的餐廳，出門左轉不遠就有個停車場，全停的豪車（估計是個租車公司的停車場），停車場再左轉，就可以看見一兩百米處有個家樂福便利店。住的一室一廳的套房公寓。挺實用的，有廚具、餐具等，可以家樂福採購了自己做飯吃。房間內比較乾淨，還不錯。

這家店其實最讓我驚喜的是服務，雖然是遇到點小問題，但是工作人員一直道歉並幫忙解決，真的是客户至上啊

It's located in new Dubai (less crowded). The property is managed well, friendly customer service, clean and fantastic location. 10 min walk to Mall of Emirates and options of many restaurants around and walking distance between 2 train stations. Great place to stay if you love to watch luxury fast cars zoom on Sheik Zyed Road and car park close by filled with Rolls Royce, Bentely's, Ferrari's, Corvete's, Lamborgini's (Photo Op)

Spacious apartment with all facilities. Good for long stays. Very close to the metro and bus station. Just next to the Mall of Emirates. There's a gym and swimming pool as well. The staff are very nice and friendly. I'll come back soon with my family.

We spent two months at this apartment hotel, and it had everything we could possibly need, including a gym, a pool, and housekeeping services. The staff was absolutely wonderful and always available, helpful, and friendly. The reception staff was very attentive and thorough, especially Ms. Dilu, who was very gracious, kind, and always had a sweet smile on her face. The room manager, Thajul, was always ready to assist us with anything we needed. He was also very kind, had an infectious smile, and was a hard worker. My husband and I will definitely return to this hotel because it felt like we were part of a family. Best regards, Manuela ❤️

We had a fantastic business trip experience at the Auris Boutique Hotel (1BHK) in Al Barsha, Dubai from Feb 26th to March 2nd, 2024. The impeccably decorated room with a king-size bed exceeded expectations, and the kitchen offered convenient dining options. Mr. Tazul's exceptional service truly impressed us. The location, near the metro and walking distance to restaurants and the Mall of Emirates, was perfect. Thank you for making our trip memorable!

Had a pleasant stay about three weeks at Auris, Al Barsha. Place was affordable and value for money. Staff was friendly and cleaning and rooms service was done everyday. When request they always came. Special thanks to Miss Dilushika, at the front desk always with a nice smile, for her support from our booking to checkout. Didnt have any problems with the staff at all. All were super friendly and helpful. View is good at apartment 610. It has Burj Al-Arab view and you will also see the Dubai metro passing by and helicopters landing throughout the day. We had the chance see the fireworks at the Burj al arad at the new years fall. Something to mention is the bathtub had a crack at rhe bottom which was annoying.

Comfortable place. Polite and careful team. Clean and sunny rooms. It’s right near Mall of the Emirates. Supermarkets and metro station in 5 minutes walk. A cheap fat food cafe in the lobby. I’ll come back some day.

Overall, my stay was excellent. Praveen, Feroz at the front desk were super helpful and Tajul from the house keeping was very responsive and resourceful. Rest others were also very friendly and helpful. I stayed in a 1 BHK apartment which had good kitchen facility but the utensils can be of a good standard as it is used to the core. Not really great for people who want to cook daily. Rest all was excellent. Will come and stay again next time.

From the time I booked the hotel, I was treated well and given all help with my stay at the hotel, reception staff was excellent specially Ms. Dilushika was very friendly and very professional she attended to us and gave all support in booking rooms , our cabs for business meetings etc , room service was good, the staff at the Gym was very friendly . Easy access to shopping mall and good restaurants. Not too crowded. Would recommend this place to anyone .

First let me thank the front office and reservation team,Dilushika , Arathi , Praveen, Feroz, Roshith 😊🙏, Also Tajul in housekeeping, they did a wonderful job in servicing my requests and were always helpful and smiling. As a hotel itself it's in a great location and walking distance to the mall, rooms need a bit of refurbishment but it has everything you need in case you want to stay more than 3 days. Thank you as well for the management who listened and assisted in all matters.
