The apartment is designed for high end family comfort, with all
furnishing, decor and accessories selected for practicality and a
contemporary style. The Villa has three floors. In the main floor you
will find the living room, kitchen and single room. The windows
surround the living room and bedrooms bringing plenty of sunshine
throughout the day. It consists of a living room and dining area with a
spacious balcony overseeing the marina and the Mosque. In the first
floor you will find three double bedrooms and one single bedroom, one
bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and one big bathroom. On the top floor
there is a huge terrace that it is being renovated. Sleeping
arrangements include a king size bed in the main bedroom with en-suite
bathroom, and two double bedrooms with two huge single beds each and a
single bedroom accommodating a maximum of 7 people. All amenities are
provided with your convenience in mind, including full kitchen and
bathroom accessories and sufficient high-quality towels and bed linen.
You will have access to free Wi-Fi, TV and cable channels in the living
room, free private parking for one car, a beautiful outdoor swimming
pool, badminton courts, squash courts, a children's play area, a
billiards room, a jacuzzi room and a fully equipped gym. Your tower is
