Loin de la gare, mauvais service, le personnel n'est pas serviable, la propreté n'est pas mauvaise juste ok, la télévision de la chambre ne fonctionne pas, spécialement la porte de la chambre est antique et ne peut pas s'ouvrir immédiatement besoin d'ouvrir encore et encore hôtel inutile dans l'ensemble

Hotel is located in central location.. accessiblity is good.. rooms are clean.. only issue i faced was water pressure was very low.. other wise had a comfortable stay

Extremely Bad Hotel Dont ever even think to stay there Specially nightshift reception unprofessional.. Not a problem solver Not educated Not welcoming zero Hospitality.. Big mistake to choose this Hotel Sorry...

The room we are staying is so bad, AC has very loud sounds coming from the ceiling, and the music are so loud from the bar. And upon check-in it's quite unpleasant approach, no smile and even a nice greetings, maybe because of our nationality?

The hotel staffs are amazing Shirley, Sneha, Mr. Mohammed, Mr Buparti n all staffs, they poilet and serviceable. The cleaning service is neatly done and good. The hotel is also very close to the metro stations n bus stops just a min walk to different destinations in town. Also close to several malls around the conner. Love my time there.
